Highly advise customers to go find a different .99 cent store. They sell items but do not allow returns even if the item they sell is incorrectly labeled or broken. Purchased an 8x10 photo frame from there and the frame will not fit an 8x10 photo. I proved it to them and they said its not their concern. How can they sell a photo frame for 8x10 photos that do not fit 8x10 photos in it? I have been going to this store for years, due to the proximity to my home, but they have lost a customer over the fact they won't replace a 1 dollar item...more than the money, its the nasty attitude and excuses....the owner told me I should actually just cut my photo and asked many customers if he was wrong and they all agreed that he should not be selling an item that is mislabeled or clearly defective. Go anywhere else if you don't want the headache...nothing in the store is actually .99 anyway, most of their items are 1.59 and up.....
