“This place staffs the most pleasant people! I am always greeted in all directions when entering. Even the security is friendly. I really appreciate that they're still continuing operations in their location during the pandemic. They have placed notices of change in their business hours and they implemented extra plexi-glass panels for each teller station and cubicle for the safety of their employees and for their clients. Thank you for keeping it safe and staying open!”

“We went to this branch last minute on a Saturday as we were walking by. As soon as we entered Natalia Oliver greeted us and helped us with our accounts, even though they were 20 min from closing.We had an appointment at another branch in Edgewater but the associate never showed up and they didn't accomodate us. Natalia helped us on the spot without an appointment! As a new Chase Bank customer, this was a great experience at this branch. I will try and go out of my way to visit this branch more often because of the service.”

“The ATM just took money from me when I was depositing. Now there is no 24/7 customer service to call. It should be in there and they can find it in the morning, but this is scary. I'm going to leave this review here and if I receive prompt help in finding and returning my money, I will change it to a better review. I'll be updating it after I speak to them. **** Update - they took care of the problem with no fuss, the $ was updated in my account as soon as I spoke to someone at the soonest opportunity.
