Bad service, drove an half hour to get to bank and manager told me you'll have to wait 45 minutes before you can see a teller, since there was only one teller and 1 transaction takes half hour

Do you want to get harassed? Do you want to to be given a top 5mins to get in and out of the bank to finish your thing? Do you want to be stopped, disciplined, and yelled at to learn their parking restrictions? Do you want someone to tell you that they will be 'watching you whatever you do here'? Do you want to be threatened that 'any damage to you or your car is your own business ... and even cops get no say here'? Do you want to be chased out of the lot like a dog? No body wants these, presumably. I knew because this was what my wife and I encountered at the parking lot of this branch on this Friday afternoon right before the Christmas. We had to run through the bank to get our deposits, and had to ask for the branch manager to safeguard us out, so that the parking lot guy could not harass us any more. No body wants their family and friends to experience this. At least I don't - I'm paying to be a customer, not to be a dog. That's why I'm sharing the story here and with everyone I know.

Appalling service! They do not know they own services. I came in with a pre-paid card from this bank and neither assistants nor manager knew what it was and how it could have been used. They kept sending me to the ATM. After 2 different assistants failed to make it work, sent me to the queue, sent me home to get an ID, and when I returned later, the answer I got from the manager was: "It looks like a gift card You can use it for shopping or something."

Prefect service and professional staffs especially Banker Woo Jin Kim. He is very helpful for advise and has enthusiasm in his work. This branch is the best one I ever met among my dozens of banking in the last ten years.

Friendly staff, sometimes long lines because of only 1 teller available. Please fix your contactless readers at the main door and at both your ATM's.
