“As current tenant, I honestly think the apartment units themselves are great and bigger than others of similar quality and price range. The reason for the low ratings are probably due how difficult it is to get a unit in this apartment and service repair. With a new leasing management and office being added, it should be getting better. But again, the apartment itself is great so don't get the wrong idea :)”

“My family & I have been residents of Hudson Lights for 4 years now so we've seen at least 3 management companies come & go.

Though I see a lot of complaints around our current management...my personal experience with them have been generally positive. I can see why older tenants may have left negative reviews as the new management moved in. They were trying to create structure within the building. No one likes change and I think the amount of new rules that were set in place as the new management moved in rubbed people the wrong way. Prior to them, we were essentially relying on each tenant to behave, be courteous of each other & respect the property.

The new management moved in as the building was breaking apart... They've done a lot in the past year as elevators are working now and garage key fobs actually stopped breaking! I appreciate the renovation done on the hallway and the work they've done to the lobby. They seem to be doing continuous updates to keep the building feel new & premium.

Jima's been very responsive for me personally and has helped address several concerns I've had so I only have great things to say about her.

We'll be moving out now as the current space is getting a little too tight but wanted to voice the amazing work that I personally felt the new management has done to give them a break haha.”
