Very rude staff who only wanted to be on the phone and displayed a bad attitude when you tried to check out as it “disrupted” him watching his show
Update — this is what I have submitted to 7-11’s customer feedback form to describe in detail what happened:
I stopped by to get some drinks and a hot dog during my bike trip. The products were fine but the store staff was rude and arrogant. Here is what he did:
I wanted to get my hot dog but could not find the clamp or the bread.
When I asked for help, he just eyeballed the shelf (maybe he was trying to indicate where the clamp was, but that was not helpful) and quickly went back to watching the shows on the phone.
I still was unable to find the clamp and bread, then he finally moved and got me the clamp. I said thank you and apologized, but he said nothing and went straight back to the counter.
After checking out, he instructed me to leave the store because he thought I was going to finish my food at his store and I quote "All 7-11 stores do not allow eat-inside".
I mean, even if that's the policy, he could've said that in a more polite way and just try to be reasonable, instead of rushing me out once I checked out.

It's dangerous for women. I was almost kidnapped by a guy that was obviously working with the guy that worked in the store. He pushed my passenger mirror in to try to get me to get out of the car, so he could drag me into his car. He opened his passenger doors ans as I drove away, I noticed that he had mixed a drug into a drink that he had purchased in the store. Women, stay away!! 7-Eleven has yet to respond to me. This store should be investigated because I'm sure this was not the first time this has happened.

This 7-eleven is absolutely disgusting and terrible. Besides not having anything in stock and being DIRTY, they try to steal from you by over charging, and they try to make you pay for items that you have for free bc of the points. Health department and 7-eleven corporate must come and investigate this location. They are a FRAUD and they steal from the customers.

disgusting place! sellers are rude. At first they refused to sell coffee for a promotion, the inscription about which hangs on their doors. They offered to pick up the dirty empty glasses into which I poured this coffee directly from the trash can. Extremely dissatisfied and will not be coming here again. Please explain to your old indian worker that he never know who is in front of him and what is in his minds when he act like that. He have to be pleasant. And he have to thank God that I’m a good guy.

The worst customer service I've experienced in any 7/11! They have advertised prices in front of the products and when u go buy them dont give u the price they are advertising. Topical bait&switch! Not even a 1 star

Honest to god, this is the worst 7-11 I have ever seen in my entire life. I lived around here for over 10 years, and due to work I travel to many states and countries and this place is always the worst. The dude at the front is so mean all the time, They literally do anything they can to not give you the sale that THEY put. (i am NOT talking about the membership card thing.) they literally false advertise things like 2 for 3.50 coke mix and match hell be like "oh no only same flavor" even though it says any flavor, then you go get the same flavor and he says, oh no its only for the rewards members (which it wasn't) he said that with a nasty smile as well. There was literally a point in time their slushee machine was broken for almost 2 years lol... I just left and never went back since. I have also had items scanned multiple times at this location when i only had one. It is a very shady, and terrible business. just go somewhere else this place truly is awful.

Do not pay at this place with a credit/debit card. I purchased a hot dog on July 4th and I received and extra charge for $100 dollars that the merchant has confirmed to my bank. I'll be contacting the FTC for fraud.
