“Della is great but Director of Operations for online banking needs to be replaced. I uploaded all my bills to online banking but it couldn't find one of my bills. I went to the bank we spoke to the Director on the phone and without asking any questions about what bill it was or trying to find a resolution he flatly says to just send a check out for that bill. I can see why that bank is so far behind on everything.”

Their willingness to answer questions as well as assist me as soon as I walk in the door has been so helpful. They can have odd hours or close earlier than most bank locations but that outweighs the exceptional service I receive.”

He was very personable.Citizens in general (not this specific branch) gets minus 1 star for their regular system & other technology issues since taking over the Investors Bank branch that was here AND for their garbage regular Certificate of Deposit rates. “I have been a customer of Fulton Bank, formerly, First Washington, then The Bank, since the late 80's. Hands down, the experience has never been less than excellent. The tellers and managers are genuinely interested in being fully accommodating. They fully appreciate their customers. The Bordentown office and Northfield office recently assisted with currency issues for a trip abroad we took. The fees were minimal as with other services. One never feels used by Fulton- try it!”
