Have been coming to Tides End for years, but my most recent experience with Chris and the Tides End team deserves some extra praise.Both Chris’ went above and beyond to help source parts and resolve an issue I was having with coolant loss on my Volvo Diesel. Not only were they able to identify the source of the leak at the exhaust manifold, but they were also able to source and have parts delivered quicker than everyone else. The entire repair was was handled smoothly, even with them traveling out of state. We were back boating within 10 days. Can’t thank the Tides End team for getting us back up and running so quickly and smoothly.

Great experience and excellent service! The staff was friendly, professional, and beyond dedicated to ensuring our family’s stay was “smooth sailing”, especially Roxanne. Couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you for all your help! Would highly recommend!

I read all this reviews and cant believe how incorrect and misleading they are, most probably most of them are spam.Chris has actually took advantage of my situation in a repair, and let me believe one price, and without consulting he continued adding more and more repairs and got to a 4x price then agreed, then after he said if i don't pay him he will keep it there. i mean he his manipulative and not reliable to do business with.they try to say they dont have me as their customer. liars!

Hey the service there is amazing.They help you doc your boat to gas up and you can buy sandals and ice.Good price on gas too..?

These guys rock ! Last weekend my ski was in for service and I had a day planned with a friend from out of town Chris let me use one of his skis. Been using them for 4 years sent many friends his way ! I can’t praise this place enough

Where do I begin? I reached out to them asking if they can evaluate my boat, I was told I needed a new engine. My boat was at another marina, Tides End went to the marina and trailered my boat back to Tides End Marina. From the beginning Chris was open and honest with me, especially since I am relatively a newbie. Not only did they build me a brand new engine but assessed any other damage or fixes that needed repair. Chris was in constant contact to update me during the engine build, including cost.The Tides End crew gave me a quick lesson on the new engine and miscellaneous repairs. They are professional and I highly recommend them for all of your boating and marina needs!!Even after I brought my boat home and asked about a steering issue they came directly to my house and quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired it.Thank you Tides End Marina for getting me back up and running!!!

My father called down and spoke to Chris about an issue with our wave runner. Chris was more then accommodating and had my father come down. Chris and his team got it fixed right away and wanted to make sure we had a good weekend with it! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My partner and I have a slip at tides end marina. This is our first year boating, and being somewhat of novice mariners, Chris has gone above and beyond to make sure we have the summer of our dreams. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, and a hands on business owner. Wether he's working on boats or skis, or taking his dog for walk, he's never too busy to say hi, or help you out. The marina itself is well maintained and landscaped. There is a well kept bathroom for slip customers, as well as a gas dock. It's minutes away from some great restaurants. My partner and I very much enjoy our reasonably priced slip here at Tides End. And will to continue to slip here for many summers to come!

Experience with tides end marina was one of the best I’ve had in a while . Purchased a couple wave runners through C3 . Couldn’t be any happier with my purchases . Very friendly people, I will be back to more . Thanks guys

I recently purchased a boat from them and had work done it as well. From the start ALL the staff was extremely nice and professional. They all went out of their way to make sure my boat was 100% ready to go. I would highly recommend them to everyone and will definitely do business with them again!!

Recently bought a boat from them, was a little worried at first because I live in Missouri and bought the boat without seeing in person. Boat arrived yesterday and I'm super happy. Very nice to deal with on the phone and super responsive. I would highly recommend.
