Don’t waste your time here. I honestly can’t believe I spent any money at this shop. They have 0 courtesy at all.
Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this place for any repairs. The work is fine and looks great. I had an accident and the passenger side of my vehicle was messed up. I picked it up, like I said looked fine, but as soon as I left the shop I noticed something on the drivers side, my rearview mirror legitimately spun around and was flapping in the wind. I couldn’t turn around as I was heading into work. I gave them a call the next day unfortunately too late in the day and they were closed for the weekend.
I called them on Monday, told them what happened, explained how I thought it was weird and asked if they could take a look at it. They said yes and I went over. I should preface by saying, I had another accident earlier in the year which resulted in damages that haven’t been fixed yet. Regardless of other damage I have on the drivers side of my vehicle, I would be 100% aware if my rearview mirror was flapping in the wind.
When I went over, not one technician took a look at my car. I spoke with the front desk lady and she condescended to me based on the other damage on my car. She said she’d talk to the manager and the claims specialist about it and would call me. Instead of calling, they sent a text message saying based on the other damage it’s not their fault.
The courtesy at this place is an all time 0. It would’ve taken a technician all of 20 minutes to look at the car and make the change. It looked like it needed to be locked in place. It’s simple, when I left the vehicle with the company my drivers side rear view was fine, when I picked it up it wasn’t okay. This is not my issue as it was theirs and they washed their hands of me instead of helping me and maybe getting a repeat customer with my other damages.

2 cars on 2 different claims and they were both great. Especially the 1st one which was very unique. They made sure all was good in the end, worked with my insurance carrier, and delivered a perfect car. Won't think twice about using then again...

Save your time and money. Never have a brought my car somewhere to get one thing fixed and other things came back broken or unfinished. Long story short bumper was still cracked and not repaired upon pick up and had to bring back, fog lights weren’t working, gap between the hood and fender, interior was dirty with oily fingerprints, plastic trim pieces were broken and weren’t even put on correctly when replaced, lousy job with waxing there was splatter marks and they couldn’t even clean properly when I asked them to, and I’m now noticing there’s plastic rivet pieces that’s missing from my back bumper and it’s flying around while driving. Paint job has air bubbles or debris painted over.

Would give them zero stars if I could. They repaired the wrong side of my vehicle and refuse to share the recorded conversation that proves they are wrong with me. They do not offer refunds so I am now out nearly $2k. Be very careful when dealing with these people.

Body work has wobbly shine after repair, they will over inflat your tires beyond psi max rating, leave all your air valve caps loose to fall off later, denied everything, offer a year warranty but blame everything on “possible random rocks” as the paint chips off in days. Will make empty promises, never follow up after they give the car back for issues. Avoid. Very nice lady at the desk though.Services: Tires

Upon dropping off my car, I made sure to remove all my belongings, with the exception of my sunglasses, which I accidentally left inside the vehicle. When I received my car back and inspected it, I noticed that my sunglasses were nowhere to be found. Naturally, I brought this matter to the attention of the management.To my disappointment, the response from the management was far from satisfactory. Rather than addressing the issue with concern and empathy, they dismissed my claim, stating that they trust their employees implicitly and refused to question them. I found this attitude to be quite disconcerting, as it seemed they were unwilling to take any responsibility for the incident.Furthermore, the management implied that if I were to involve the authorities, it would essentially be my word against theirs, indicating a lack of accountability on their part. This response left me feeling frustrated and unheard as a customer who had entrusted them with my vehicle.While I cannot comment on the overall quality of their body work, I strongly advise others to exercise caution when considering C&L Auto Body Shop for their services. The unfortunate incident with my missing sunglasses, combined with the dismissive and unsupportive response from the management, raises concerns about the presence of dishonest employees within the establishment.

This is a very professional company I would hardly recommend them. They were very informative text me when the car was being repaired painted and ready in the time that they said it would take would always recommend this to someone.

I can honestly say that I've never used this place of service since they took over the facility after p and j's auto body shut down but i do know that after my son had a car accident and walking into their office for help in deciding what steps to take since the car was in police storage...the women in the office took the time to explain to me every option i could take..... from deciding to pay out of pocket to going through insurance and what to expect....i gave them 5 stars for being a company that cares... it wasn't about the money to them but helping someone and pointing me in the right direction...thank you C and L...i wanna say that i look forward to doing business with you some day but that would mean id have to get into an accident lol...im not looking to do that but if it does ...you're gonna be the first company i call to bring my car back to its original state???
