Last 3 times I was in the FOLSOM store there were obnoxious customers… talking extremely loud and using profanities just in conversation with themselves.. so from now on - IF I have to go - I’ll go without my children.Feeling a little unsafe more and more in the Folsom Collings Lakes area.

Worse experience ever!!! Employees never at the register and when there is there’s only 1 abs a long line and the manager is very ignorant smart mouth I’ll I’m suggesting myself, my family, my people won’t spend money there ever again, promise!!

The Last Few WeeksThe Store Has Been Neat And Organized They Seem To Have Everything Put Together And The Team Member Terry Seems To Always Be Here On Her Own And Is Very Hard Working Very Respectful To Customers And Is So Nice Everytime I Stop In The Company Should Definitely Give This Employee Some Recognition????

I go to this store 1 or 2 days a week and this last month they have been having most of the items I need in stock and are more organized. Also manager and employees are very friendly and helpful when you need help.

This is the worst dollar store I’ve ever been to. They never have anything so who ever the manager is doesn’t do there inventory right and they obviously don’t care. Never coming here again.

This DG has so much potential - with all the direction of traffic coming from Vineland, AC, Philly, 206…But CORPORATE is too stupid to invest in a dDAILY minimum staff of 4 - in ANY store.KEEP IT STOCKED. - WE WILL KEEP COMING. FOLSOM needs this location to do well.So discouraging - I would make this a daily stop - but know they won’t have it on the shelves.It’s a shame.Don’t plan on using a cart, you won’t find anything to put in the cart - not only that - you can’t move the cart down the isles, annoying and ridiculous.

This store isn't even describable. I brought a pair of sneakers that I wore for 2 hrs and they were rubbing the skin off of my.ankle. The people working there were very unprofessional and refused to compensate me with store credit or a full refund. With reciepts...also there glasses were 12.00 dollars, also broke in a few hours..no compensation or refund. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars yearly at the stores. No longer and telling everyone, stay away. Never a manger on duty, usually 2 children without any clue working as best they know how. It's really ashame that a corporate store like this takes their customers for granted. I'll shop local mom and pops for now on. Corporate stores hopefully will go away soon. Walmart too...they can all send their junk back to China.

Good place and has everything but most employees arent very nice one tried to attack my wife..(.the lady worker)was unstable and my wife put her into check mode (thank god shes since been fired) but wow ... what does everyone expect they make less then ALOT of ppl and are miserable & it SHOWS..BUT hey guessing they R ok with just being at a job to have a side hustle most of them could care less it seems and it IT SHOWS..NEED TO FIRE 78% OF THEIR PPL NOW AND HIRE NEW PPL...THE ONE LADY LOOKS LIKE SHES GOING TO BITE YR HEAD OFF IF U ASK HER ANYTHING JUST MISERABLE AND BTW SHE'S A MANAGER...VERY SCARY BE AFRAID VERY AFRAID..SERIOUSLY THEY R NOT VERY FRIENDly

When this store first open it was great,not so good anymore. The refrigeration units have been down now for over a month and a half. You can only get gallons of milk,most of the shelves are empty but there are so many carts full of stock blocking the aisles you can't move.

The staff is wonderful here❗I have never had a complaint 4 any one of them , each of them are delete me unique in their own way of making you smile when you need it ! Sense also the staff they are even more willing to help go that extra mile for you when you needed they are and I can't say it enough they are wonderful and even more so, through this darn Corona Virus pandemic are still SUPER CHEERFUL ,wonderful and WILL go ABOVE and beyond 2 help you when needed❗❗❗

The shelves were getting empty just like everywhere else during this time of panic. Though I did find a few things that kept me from having to go to the large overcrowded stores. Though there were deliveries being shelved while I was there.The staff was both helpful and pleasant. The store also appeared clean.

Looks like they have a change in personnel. Cashier, both cashiers at 9 p.m. were lovely. Breath of fresh air. Beware of the Dunkin Donuts next door. At this hour they serve bottom of the barrel coffee. Tasted like cleaning fluid. Make sure you ask them to make a fresh pot.
