Went to the drive-through today. Sat there for 10 minutes. No one came to the window. There’s one person working the front and the window now. Terrible service drove to West Orange. Walked in in two minutes. Made my deposit won’t be coming here anymore. You might as well close wasn’t the first time either last three or four times avoided long time, Weather inside or outside. Somebody wake the manager up

Went in to make a deposit and got the snarkiest teller I’ve ever had to interact with. Didn’t catch her name but a middle aged dark hair woman. Not sure if that’s her personality or just prejudice but worst banking experience ever. This is my first google review for any business in my 25 years of using the internet and 20 years of banking with Wells Fargo. That’s how off putting this experience was.

I am a long standing account holder and do many transactions with my business. They make frequent mistakes with large sums of money. The managers take pleasure in telling you no. Cynthia the “manager†was very unhelpful and disrespectful. I would love to close my accounts if it wasnt such a pain in the butt. Avoid the Florham Park location! Chatham branch is good with much more genuine service, go there if you have to deal with Wells Fargo.
