Manager literally assaulted me, harassed me, and defamed my character in front of tons of people because he suspected I was stealing. Idk anyone who gets paid enough to care about someone stealing tampons but to each their own I guess.

Pharm technicians are solid, they earned the stars, but the pharmacist only wants to fill prescriptions and earn, which is not the role. After 2 visits and hours wasted, I knew the overall location was a dud. The pharmacist had me waiting with 2 small children almost an hour, just to to tell me my medications were out of stock - this was hours after i had delivered the prescriptions and was told they'd be ready in 20 minutes. She offered no assistance/alternatives or any advice/options. Going back and forth respectfully about the situation, she broke into a frantic frustration, so I ended the conversation. I was able to fill at a walgreens location near this one by the end of the evening...on my own, dealing with frustrated pharmacists over the phone to find availability. In short, the pharmacist I dealt with ( a younger doctor), clearly has trouble with workload...bad show...

This pharmacy is not bad as it’s followed from the other reviews. They are doing everything and more to serve the community. If you had a bad experience a year ago, it’s time to revisit. The new manager is great!

Came to buy some perfume with my mother. But ended up being followed around by an older female worker with short hair, who probably thought we were gonna steal because we're Hispanic. An elder male employee looked at us with disgust. Paid at the front and got attitude from the younger male cashier even though we were kind to him. Wouldn't recommend doing business here for minorities. Bunch of racists work here.

Monday December 4th. store hours begin at 8:00 am. The store is closed and no one inside at 8:30 am. Not happy, many customers have left after seeing the store not opened up yet. Now I'm also leavin. poor managemen!

12:10 pm on Friday the 14th of June. I asked an older looking Eastern European sounding employee if she knew where the shampoo and conditioner idle was. She said "yes" and just stood there staring at me. Which was extremely weird. I then asked what isle number it was and she said "you passed it" and just stared at me. I understand hating your retail job, I have been there. That being said, I don't want to be a part of your anti-customer-retail-rebellion. Strangest experience I've had at a store in months.

I work in in healthcare and take pride in what I do. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever come across. The pharmacist is incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. She thinks she can overrule your providers medication orders and dictate when your medications are dispensed or not. I went through the trouble of having to call my doctors office to have them call the pharmacy to tell them they could dispense my medication even though the doctor had already called it in and certainly approved his call in. Nothing but a complete waste of time and inconvenience every time I go here.The operations manager John takes zero pride in his job, is rude, unprofessional, and offers no resolution to help resolve any issues. When you tell him that you will never come back he laughs at you and says no problem. These individuals should be ashamed to work in this field and should just find another profession. They have zero understanding of what patient care or experience is. Very sad.. I will also be letting corporate know of these issues to help future patients not have to go through these troubles.

This is a pretty solid Walgreens I hit up once in a while for quick in- and-out visits. I like that they also have a decent amount of Basic Grocery supplies along with all thier over the counter Medications. To be honest this isn't my go-to Pharmacy so I can't really comment on that part of this business, but it is the closest drug store to my job and that's why it's convenience can't be overstated especially during cold and flu season. It seems like you can't have a cough these days without being an enemy of the state, lol. That's why I always keep a solid supply of Mucinex on hand which for me works wonders on clearing up any issues with coughing. The key is you just gotta catch it early at the first signs of any cold symptoms. The Salesforce here is helpful and check out usually moves along pretty quickly, although at peak hours like lunchtime you're basically on your own because it can become a Madhouse. And That's the Name of That Tune!!

I came to this walgreens location trying to return a pick up order, the staff and manager were phenomenal in problem solving to address all of my concerns. I am extremely pleased with the customer service at this walgreens location, thank you so much!

They had one poor guy running back and forth from cashier to pickup to fedex, etc. Need more staff!

This used to be the best pharmacy. There is only one person there for few years or more he is awesome. Very helpful, friendly, go out of his way to try to help (John). There is a women new there she is a pharmacist , not sure if there are still others there, whenever I call I get this new person. lazy will not go out of her way to help. Corporate should take care of this problem. Would not call your Dr to get new instructions. Tells me to do it, I did but they didn’t give the proper message. She is the professional that could have handle this quickly. I don’t need to get an attitude from her every time I call or go to pharmacy. Plainly clear she has 0 customer care. Best of all after she picks up the phone. Puts me on hold for 5 min or more without any explanation.
