Been here a couple times and I’m always met with fast and friendly service. Plenty of parking available and the line (if there even is one) moves quick. This is my go-to for USPS services.

Carlos is extremely rude and unhelpful I asked for some tape to tape a priority label that I already paid for and he told me if I wanted tape either buy it or take it home and come back. I explained to him that I ran out and normally I would have everything ready and he looked at me and said buy or go home with a smug look on his face

I needed to set up a PO box and forward and Mary was so helpful. Not only did I watch as she engaged in friendly conversation with 3 other customers in front of me, she was so kind and patiently walked me through the process. Such a lovely soul.

Their scales are broken. I've been selling packages that weigh about 0.4-0.8 oz for years and I keep getting charged extra by them cause apparently my packages weigh an extra 10 oz according to their scales. You will end up paying extra on shipping with this company. If you live near a different post office, consider your options carefully before going to this one.

Most of the reviews are older and don't give an accurate impression of this PO at all. I still stand by my 5-star review from last year.Given the current state of USPS overall, the Florham Park crew has done a great job. I went today to send off important documents and the clerk who helped me explained the different shipping methods and what was covered (tracking, insurance, etc.) under each. Though I am not in their service area, they've always been helpful, kind, and humorous (when it's not crazy busy).Clerks get the brunt of many USPS complaints, usually ones that are NOT their fault and totally out of their control. It's easier to write about a bad experience than think about the PO in its full context. The agency at-large has a lot of issues. The clerks at the desk do not and that's what I am focused on in this review.

I am shocked by the current rating. This is one of the best post offices I ever used. The line was never too long, the workers are efficient and helpful. I send a lot of packages thru them. This is my go-to post office.

Clean and simple post office, PO boxes and other services (note I didn't check to see if they had any passport services). Line moved fast enough during the holidays for packages. Downside - parking lot can be very busy at lunch, and sometimes out of different kinds of stamps and labels.

I rarely use post office and they never fail to disappoint !!! The attendant Carlos doesn't know the expected delivery dates, he misled me and days after sending PRIORITY mail costing $7.70 here in NJ less than 50 miles away the letter is still NOT DELIVERED !!! I question the accuracy of the charges!! Guess they have to rip customers of for their LAVISH salaries and benefits !!!

The post office regularly misses deliveries at my home. When amazon products are Transferred to this post office for delivery IT NEVER IS DELIVERED ON THAT DAY and most of the time I GET NO MAIL that day.

PROS: Clean, organized, efficient & helpful staff CONS: Nothing I can think of The staff are all very nice and helpful. It never feels like they are rushing you. The space is clean and organized and doesn't get crazy busy, so hardly any wait. Large parking lot, so easy to find parking.
