This store is by far one of the worst UPS stores I’ve ever been too. They should really take the posted times off the door. It’s says the close @ 6:30 & I’ve gotten there at 6:15 / 6:10 and they are already closed. The women that works there must hate her job bc I’ve never met a more disinterested person in my life. She is so rude it takes everything in me to not tell her off! Now the kid that works there. I know weed is legal but every time he’s working you can smell the weed as soon as you walk through the door. This place is run horribly! I’m sure it shouldn’t be that hard to find people that actually want to work. If a store says it closes at 6:30 it should close @ 6:30 not when they fell like bc they want to go home! Close the doors at 6:30 and they whatever your duties are after that! It’s common sense. Also regarding the time it’s not just at the closing time. I’ve been there at the time that’s posted that they should be open and have waited about 30 to 45 mins for the store to open.. A company like UPS should figure this out and put people in there again, and want to work there! Also, FYI I am def not rte only person that feels like this.

I recently visited the UPS Store located at Florham Park, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I brought in a package that was already securely packed in a sturdy box, ready to be shipped. However, the staff insisted that I needed to purchase another box from them, claiming that my packaging was insufficient and that a UPS employee might “steal the package” since there was product branding on the underside. This felt like a blatant upsell tactic, as my package was more than adequately protected.
Despite my repeated assurances that my box was sturdy and met all necessary shipping requirements, they continued to pressure me to buy their box, which I found unnecessary and unprofessional.
I expect better from a reputable company like UPS. Upselling unnecessary products is not only disrespectful to customers but also diminishes trust. I hope this store can improve its practices and focus on genuine customer service rather than pushing unnecessary sales. Attached is the box they refused to accept, you can be the judge. Immediately following this, I went right to the East Hanover UPS store, and they took the box without hesitation.
I’d suggest avoiding this location, this is not the first time they’ve tried these upsell tactics on me. More so, they’re straight up unfriendly compared to other UPS stores.

Store shows opened on Sunday from 11am - 4pm. The time is on both store sign and google map. But it just closed without any notice.
