The Goddard School of Florham Park has been an important part of the development of my children. The skills they have been taught exceed those expected for their age range. From the owner to the director to the teaching staff everyone is so caring and can be considered extended family members. Our children will be thoroughly prepared to attend a district school when the time arrives. We know we will always be able to rely on the staff of Goddard of Florham Park.

My son attended Goddard School for a year and 4 months. He’s now thriving in first grade thanks to his KG teacher, Ms. Kim, who prepared him perfectly both academically and socially. My son is a bright boy, but also stubborn and easily gets distracted (as many boys are, I believe). Also, it was sometimes difficult for him to express his feelings and situations as English was not his native language. Ms. Kim was so patient and caring in building trust and educating him. Thanks to the school, his language and social skills improved a lot. When we flew on vacation last summer, the flight attendants were impressed when he politely asked, “May I have orange juice, please?”The classrooms here are safe and clean, and all the staff and management are attentive and reliable. The school provides a lot of fun events and activities such as Holi, petting zoo, quail eggs hatching, indoor/outdoor gardening, and so on.As a working parent, I appreciate the fact that the school offered fun programs during the summer break (so that I didn’t have to look for other camps!) as well as an option of nutritionally balanced catered lunch. In fact, my son wants to return to Goddard for his next summer vacation. Having said that, I highly recommend Goddard School Florham Park to all local families.

We highly recommend the Goddard. Both of our children have had the amazing opportunity to be nutured, loved and cared for by such amazing teachers. We have established life-long friendships there and wouldn't trust anyone else with our kids.

We highly recommend the Goddard School at Florham Park for its educational program and social integration. As a new family moving to the area with our then 4 year old son, we were eager to have him get started in a program that was welcoming, supportive and reliable. The Goddard at Florham Park delivered on all levels. The teachers and management welcomed my son with open arms, gave him the reading and math skills needed for him to move on to Kindergarten and helped him to make new friends. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of development related activities the school promotes, including outdoor and indoor gardening and caring for young animals. There were a number of parent and child events at the school as well that fostered a sense of community. A special thanks to my son’s teacher, Ms. Kim for her dedication to her students and to our son. We will miss the Goddard at Florham Park and hope to visit soon! Thank you!

Our twins thrived at the Goddard school in Florham Park. They loved all of their teachers and learned a lot in the two years they were there (3-5 yrs old). From the owners to the staff, everyone is pleasant and helpful. They create a safe and fun environment for kids, with lots of creative activities, and we especially liked the STEAM emphasis. The place is very well-run. Would highly recommend!

My son has been attending the Goddard School Florham Park since he was 7 months old. He is now 4.5 years old and some evenings has to be begged to leave the fun he is having in the classroom. The curriculum and schedule have offered him structure that he otherwise would not have. He’s had teachers that have changed his life, and who have helped me as a parent cope with the stress of raising a happy, healthy, well rounded child. He has had the benefit of growing up with a number of children that started as infants around the same time; the low turnover speaks to the comfort the school brings to other families as well. I would recommend the Goddard School Florham Park to families looking for structured reliable childcare.

We absolutely love the Goddard school of Florham park! My son started a month ago and has been learning so much already, I am so impressed. He also had a speech delay and went to speech therapy for a year which helped him some but with being in school 5 days a week now he has broadened his vocabulary and is speaking more understandably. I am so happy we decided to go with the Goddard at Florham park, because the staff is very knowledgeable, amazing, kind, and so loving with my son, and all children for that matter.

The worst place we had the unfortunate encounter with while searching for a daycare. The management and the director of education in this place do not care about your kid, what matters to them is the money, and only the money. If you read their paperwork, the first item in the list is always to do with paying/money, anything else comes later. While at the time we were upset that without communication absolutely nothing with us, they said we could not bring the baby on the start day because we were meant to send all the paperwork in advance. We had to guess that ourselves obviously asat no point it was mentioned to us. We were thinking we would bring it on the start date!! I emailed them to ask a few things and found out we had to sent the documents to them and we were late. We planned all our new job start dates around this and it was unnecessary last minute stress for us.. Now, I am glad it happened. While it stressed us then, as a result of it we found a more caring place for our little one.

We've been with The Goddard School of Florham Park since our first child was 6 months old. He's now 4, and his younger sister is now there with him and we can't imagine being anywhere else . The teachers and staff have been like family to us. They provide so much more education, play, and care than we ever could on our own and do it in a safe and loving environment. In the current pandemic, the school has gone above and beyond protocol in making sure the children are safe from exposure. I can't recommend highly enough!

There is only one word to really describe The Goddard School at Florham Park... Unsurpassed. The team at this location sets the bar so high for daycare standards. From the moment I stepped foot into the facility, my anxious heart was immediately put to ease by the wonderful director and on-site owner. The sincerity and depth of their compassion, love, and dedication to the school and it's children was immediate. In addition, leaving my daughter with her teachers has become as easy as leaving them in the care of family. In the short time we have been apart of the Goddard School at Florham Park, not only has our daughter demonstrated the progress of her learning experience with a variety of new skills, we have truly felt accepted like family. We feel so blessed to have found the perfect school for our daughter to learn, thrive, and start her education career. The decision to send our daughter to this school has been one of our most surest decisions, and we could not be happier. We love The Goddard School at Florham Park!

Our 6 month old daughter started in the infant room and we’ve noticed that she is developing and learning many new things. We’re confident that this is a result of her being at Goddard School in Florham Park. Ms Candice and Ms Karen are very knowledgeable and do a wonderful job with the infants in their care. She is loved and well cared for and it really shows. Ms Laurie always greets us and is very engaging and involved, which is nice as well.

I want to say thank you to the director, owner, and staff of this school. We are new and I have a 1 year old and a 4 year old. The 4 year old has severe food allergies and after completing our first week I cannot express my gratitude, my thanks to them. Being a mother with a child that has such severe allergies, my anxieties, worries and concerns of my child’s well being are high. Well, not only is my son being well taken care of but everyday we pick him up he is screaming and crying all the way home that he wants to stay in school. This says it all, I see my kids reaction and how happy he is here. Thank you isn’t sufficient for me to the staff and the director whom we have had constant communication with. My 1 year old class is also great. My child stays crying because he is very young to understand that mommy and daddy will always come back to pick him up but I can see through the daily updates that he is being comforted and treated with love and care. Staff, director, and owner of Goddard School in Florham Park thank you for all you do. Your job is not an easy job and you carry out your job with heart soul care and most importantly with safety. I can go to work at ease knowing my children are in good hands.

Owner: Lots of management issues with this daycare. The owner is new in daycare business, either cannot see the issues with his buz or do not think they matter.Director: The director has lacked enthusiasm for the childcare industry. Cold type personality and do sugar coat things very often. Will utilize school policy if these policies make her life. Overall she is not a caring person and do not expect her do extra things to help your child.Teacher: Ratio does not meet the state requirement at least for the morning time. They have only one teacher there before 9am. Sometimes they do merge two different age groups for the whole day while they are supposed to be in two different classrooms. I guess that is because they do not have enough teachers on that day. Some teachers are not willing to communicate with you. I understand their pay might not be high and very exhausted after a day of work but you choose to be in childcare, you should at least be professional. Don’t bring mood to your work. There are still some good things about this daycare. The room temperature is very comfortable. The facility is new. However, our child gets really fussy after a day. Cannot eat or sleep well, and it’s getting worse and worse. Ironically, the first week is my child’s happiest week. We try to communicate with the school but do not work well. Very heartbroken for me to find out no one actually cares about your child. If your child is still young and needs to fulfill his/her basic needs, this is not a place for you.

We are so, so pleased and happy with the curriculum offered and the care that our sons receive at Goddard. I almost don't want them to grow up so they never have to leave. :)
