I had an incredible experience with The Camp Spot. What a phenomenal company making things easier for parents. All of the products are such high quality, the embroidery is perfect, and the option to sew the name tags into all clothing items is a game changer. The Camp Spot is an amazing company that has provided the needs of the many campers that our organization sends to sleep away camps. Lori is our representative at The Camp Spot and let me just say how wonderful she is! When I started working with Lori over ten years ago I knew nothing about the camp world. Lori has incredible knowledge of each individual camp list and understands the fit of each article of clothing. It is Lori’s expertise that makes me a lifelong customer at The Camp Spot! Our clothes are always on time, within budget, and in perfect condition. Lori always answers all of my questions with such detail, promptness, and kindness (I have a lot of questions). We've used Camp Spot for three years now and they have been so incredibly helpful. We load up on all of my son's camp needs here, and they are so helpful (and patient!) in the shopping process. They also went out of their way to make my son a custom tee that absolutely made his summer. So glad that my son's camp uses Camp Spot!!!

I needed last minute shirts for camp and told them my predicament. They sent me the shirts within a week of ordering. Very accommodating. I always order my camp needs with them.

I had the best experience with Camp Spot: responsive, helpful, professional and customer-centric. What more do you need in a company - much less a company that focuses on supplying camp gear for kids?! I had ordered clothes/camp uniform for my kids that were the wrong size 10 days before pick-up, so had to reorder all new clothes/gear. Not only did I get a call the next day saying they would track when it would be ready but called twice to ensure on-time delivery. Then, talked me through what I needed to do to return the camp uniform that did not fit properly. Total rookie move on this mom's part, but Camp Spot did everything to make sure my kids would be ready. So appreciated!

Working with The Camp Spot, and especially Justin, whom I barraged with emails regarding my camper's first year at sleepaway camp, has been seamless. Every time I sent off an email with questions or requests for clarifications regarding the products and ordering process, I received a helpful response within hours, usually in less than an hour, even on weekends. It has been a flawless process thus far. Today I placed two orders, one to be sent directly to the camp with name tapes already sewn in by personnel at The Camp Spot, and the other to be sent to the camper's home for packing. I trust that the items ordered will arrive in good time and prove as impeccable as the ordering process has been. I will leave another review once the items arrive.

Couldn’t ask for anything more for my kids! Justin and the team were so fast and responsive. I was even able to do a Zoom call with them to place my order for the summer (definitely doing that again next year). And the quality! Everything is built to last. Plus, the fit kits make getting sizes right so easy. All in all, thank you Camp Spot, you have earned a loyal customer and my kids love your stuff
