I received horrible service today with Mariam. I was flat out denied service before having the chance to clearly state what I needed. Bough two checks and was told I couldnt cash out, was told i could not transfer, When I asked why, she said because you dont have the full balance in your account? Who said i wanted to cash out the full balance. When it was clarified that I only wanted to take it 50 immediatly she told me I had to go to the atm machine. what a lazy teller. all the other transactions she told me to do via the mobile app. I ended up missing lunch on break because she would not process this up front as if it was above her. I ended up coming back to be fully serviced at the next desk. As I was explaining what happened to the teller, Mariam comes out from the back and starts arguing "I didnt say this i didnt say that, and you didnt ask for this" Highly rude, forgetful and unprofessional. What a disgrace to have to put up with this at a bank around the HOLIDAYS. This office has no sense of customer service.

Best customer service experience I ever had at a bank in my entire business life....Upon opening an account Ruth and her colleagues were beyond outstanding and worth more than 5 stars.

It's always nice to have a Bank that's open 7 days a week, super convenient with the ATM and no fees on the ATM card. They feel more local than they do national, but with national benefits.

James, the bank manager at this location is exceptional. He goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy. Lukas is also great. Any issues are resolved promptly. Brandon and Ari, always a pleasure. They are genuinely happy to see me even though I ask them for alot of change.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was promised a $300 bonus for opening a checking account. I met all of the conditions and after 6 months 8 phone calls and $100 in fees I still did not get the bonus. Horrible app. Late paying bills which caused late fees with providers. Never use this bank no matter what they promise

Terrible bank and terrible service. I ordered at least fifty $20 gift cards for teacher appreciation week and provided 2 weeks notice. I was told no problem and got a receipt, two days before I asked for the cards and was told that they could not make the gift cards. Even though I had a receipt and they had withdrawn the money. They couldn't at least have told me they would not honor the transaction, I had to go to the branch and find out for myself. Although I had a receipt the staff thought I should not be mad. If I could give one star I would have.

NY TD banks are Sooo much faster then this. They have absolutely no urgency. They complain about the money not being in order as there speed issue. When I take a change order to NY they take care of me almost 6times faster

This is literally Americas most inconvenient Bank. The people working for this company are liars and thieves. I've spoke to about 6 different people all of which gave me different information for the same question. I really hope this bank gets shut down for the amount of robbery that goes on in here. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!

This branch, in particular, is over the top awesome! As a small business owner, there are many things I rely on my bank for and this branch has been my go-to for a few years. They know me, they know my family, and they know my business needs and always are on board in to assist. Earlier this year, when my account was hacked, they noticed something unusual, contacted me, and followed procedures perfectly to prevent the hackers from wiring a substantial amount of money out of my account. That, combined with their always friendly and never pretentious attitude, and overall professionalism get my 5 star rating all around.
