“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

I am a designer, and I have to say that i have never had a vendor who would CALL me to ask me if I had made a mistake (that he had noticed) or if the sizing was correct. Most vendors just print as is and point the finger...but not Neil. He really cares about each and every job, and wants to make sure the quality is perfect. Or he fixes it. He's great at what he does. Same day of a major event, I called this company and a lovely gentleman helped me get 500 cards done in a matter of hours. I will not be going back to vistaprints. “When shopping at the Livingston Staples, I was only there to purchase copy paper and since the staff was very helpful about some other products I asked about, I asked for additional help with information on Laser Printers. The staff person was polite and guided me to the hardware printer section to answer some detailed questions about laser printers. So glad he just didn't point me in that direction and leave me hanging like other stores. It was a pleasant experience and will be back to purchase the laser printer once I get my new office set up.”
