“I needed to set up a PO box and forward and Mary was so helpful. Not only did I watch as she engaged in friendly conversation with 3 other customers in front of me, she was so kind and patiently walked me through the process. Such a lovely soul.”

“I love Sal's Pals! I recently moved to Westfield and really needed a new pet sitter to check in on my three kitties when I have to travel for work. Sal sent his wife Suzie and employee Dorothy to the rescue! Suzie and Dorothy both took such great care of my trio and sent me sweet photos and notes by text to let me know everyone was doing just fine. I couldn't have asked for a more reliable pet sitter -- trustworthy, thoughtful and concerned about the pets in their care. Thanks, Sal and Suzie!”

“Another thumbs up for Ray. I’m lucky to live a few blocks from this post office so I’m in pretty regularly, and I’ve never seen him be anything but pleasant and helpful.”

“Single best post office I have ever seen. Friendly staff. They seem to actually care and take pride in there job. Blows away the Chatham post office. The postmaster, Jerry runs this place to perfection. Couldn't recommend highly enough. So amazing and above and beyond”

“Ms Karen is the best postal service worker in whole state of New Jersey!!!! She is polite, professional, efficient! I love her! I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.”

“I've been going a lot to this post office and they are excellent! The customer service is outstanding, since I have witnessed them be patient, helpful and understanding with customers that have the most ridiculous requests or the dumbest questions. I have never had a problem at this post office and they always have the supplies available, or the advice you might need. A+++++”

“Typically, any trip to the post office is associated with a groan, procrastination, then a period of denial. My wife and I couldn't put it off any longer. Holiday gifts had to go and we're in a pandemic. Our local post office was out of the question so we thought, try a new place. So glad we drove to the Park Ave., USPS. Erik was the clerk and he was extremely friendly, patient and professional. Took the time to advise us on our packages and delivery options and we in no way felt rushed. It was hard to imagine we were in a United States Post Office. Haven't had an experience like that in decades.Parking is fairly easy, lines were not very long despite holiday season rush on a Saturday morning. Also, there is disabled parking (which I utilized), directly in front as well as wheelchair ramp access for those who require it.Stay safe and be well...”

“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”

“The people that work here are so nice , patient and helpful. However, the parking is the worst. Not sure why the cafe next store is still allowed to block off two spots for pick up. Its a county road I wonder how that is ok? I'm sure the dog groomer would love her own blocked off spots for drop off and pick up too. Covid is still here but the pick up panic is over.”

“Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!”

“Smoothest experience I've ever had a post office in the US. Jamila was incredibly helpful and professional in processing my passport application. She deserves a raise!”

“In all honesty, I only ever come in here to buy stamps, but I've found that the people behind the counter are invariably friendly and helpful, and the lines have never been very long (at least that's been my experience so far). The parking situation is the only down side, and can be confusing if you're not from the area. You have to pull into the shopping center (or strip mall; I'm not sure which it would "technically" qualify as), travel 1-way past the Dunkin Donuts (used to be a Boston Market) and a few other stores, and then pull into whatever available space you can find. Pulling in isn't so much the problem as backing out, as the cars that are coming in tend to do so at a high rate of speed. Then again, I've become a timid driver in my old age.Sometimes I'll park on the less crowded side of the (small) shopping center in order to avoid that potential hazardous pitfall.Pulling back out onto Springfield Ave. can be a pain in the neck too. You can only pull out in one direction, which is not the direction that takes me home. A relatively minor annoyance, though, when I consider how quickly and painlessly I'm able to buy my postage stamps. And, on a side note, whatever happened to the Wanted posters that used to hang from post office walls? I never recognized any of the thugs, desperadoes, terrorists, bank robbers or felonious maniacs pictured on them, but I always derived a certain morbid entertainment value from perusing them. I guess "America's Most Wanted" on TV made them obsolete? Inquiring minds want to know...If I happen to be in the area, this is the post office I prefer to patronize.I can't speak for their mail delivery, or how adeptly they handle incoming packages, or how well they process money orders, etc.But if you're interested only in buying stamps, this place is very highly recommended.”

“I go to the Lake Hiawatha Post Office, even though I live in the next town. The employees are friendly and professional. I especially want to compliment Michelle.. Actually, she is the main reason why I go to that post office. She is truly a unique human being, always with a smile and a hello, and wishes the customers a good day with her, “Have a lovely,”Her expertise is quite evident, and I am so fortunate that she works there. “I’ve been going to usps for close to 6 years now. The staff are very helpful. They answer questions patiently and are very welcoming. Most of the times I was there, Meena was the one who worked with me and she is simply amazing.”

“Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).”

“Post office gets a bad rap sometimes. But anytime I've dealt with either the Annex or the main PO on Lincoln Place service is outstanding. Kudos to the Madison NJ post office team.”

“Always have had a good experience at this location. Didn't realize the Toxic Avenger Movie from the 1980s was filmed on Boonton, NJ with one scene filmed outside. See photo.(Not Real, just the scene from the Movie)”

“This office is small but very convenient. There’s rarely a line and the post officer is always friendly and cheerful. It is closed from 2 to 3:15 for lunch - I find it convenient that it’s open during typical lunch breaks.”
