You’d never know if they were having a bad day because they welcome you with a warm hello and a smile. You ask a question and they don’t roll their eyes or make you feel like an idiot, unlike the people who work the counter at Caldwell and West Caldwell post offices. Recently I had the misfortune of having to go to the Caldwell post office. I was quickly reminded why I avoid that location. Keep up the good work EF!”

598 Central Ave Ste 7, New Providence“I love Tara, who works at this post office, I live in Summit and come all the way here just because of her. I always have a prepaid label so it is a quick in and out, I have a small business and do a lot of shipping. When being attended by other other officers, even having pre-paid labels, I have sometimes ran into comments about how something about my package or my label is wrong (wrong package type, wrong sticker placement, wrong "zone rate" (my labels are created automatically by the USPS software based on accurate package details and shipping info so these comments don't even make sense). That has never happened with Tara and my package delivery rate is 100% with her.”
“This is the best post office ever! We are so lucky to have this amazing post office in our town! Bindu and Ferdi are such dedicated, hard working postal workers who really care about helping the customers. I always go here for all of my mailing needs and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!”

1767 Springfield Ave Ste 2, Maplewood“Ms Karen is the best postal service worker in whole state of New Jersey!!!! She is polite, professional, efficient! I love her! I wish we had more workers like her in other post offices ?. And trust me I've been to many, they are always so rude, slow and have the worst attitude.”

Your efficiency and reliability make my life so much easier, and I truly appreciate the care you put into handling my mail. Thank you for always going above and beyond to ensure my packages and letters arrive safely and on time. Your dedication to your work does not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the peace of mind you provide. Keep up the fantastic work!”
“My favorite post office . The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Everything is done clearly and quickly, no fuss . Love the place . I wish this office to prosper and the staff to be healthy and happy !”
“I'm thoroughly impressed with this location! I always have a great experience with this location, but today took the cake. I worked with Flora and Dorothy. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted enthusiastically and authentically. There was no hesitation in offering their assistance. They were incredibly pleasant. Who knew a simple trip to the Post Office could make my day! PLEASE give these ladies a raise! Thank you!”
“i had no experience with the post office before and when i went the workers were super friendly and very easy to talk to and i can happily send my package without any problems”
“I’ve been going to usps for close to 6 years now. The staff are very helpful. They answer questions patiently and are very welcoming. Most of the times I was there, Meena was the one who worked with me and she is simply amazing.”
“Best USPS in the area. Only strange part is when the lot is full and the post office is empty. Maybe Dunkin Donuts customers parked there? Going to miss Glen. Happy Retirement to him!”

364 Springfield Ave, Berkeley Heights“In all honesty, I only ever come in here to buy stamps, but I've found that the people behind the counter are invariably friendly and helpful, and the lines have never been very long (at least that's been my experience so far). The parking situation is the only down side, and can be confusing if you're not from the area. You have to pull into the shopping center (or strip mall; I'm not sure which it would "technically" qualify as), travel 1-way past the Dunkin Donuts (used to be a Boston Market) and a few other stores, and then pull into whatever available space you can find. Pulling in isn't so much the problem as backing out, as the cars that are coming in tend to do so at a high rate of speed. Then again, I've become a timid driver in my old age.Sometimes I'll park on the less crowded side of the (small) shopping center in order to avoid that potential hazardous pitfall.Pulling back out onto Springfield Ave. can be a pain in the neck too. You can only pull out in one direction, which is not the direction that takes me home. A relatively minor annoyance, though, when I consider how quickly and painlessly I'm able to buy my postage stamps. And, on a side note, whatever happened to the Wanted posters that used to hang from post office walls? I never recognized any of the thugs, desperadoes, terrorists, bank robbers or felonious maniacs pictured on them, but I always derived a certain morbid entertainment value from perusing them. I guess "America's Most Wanted" on TV made them obsolete? Inquiring minds want to know...If I happen to be in the area, this is the post office I prefer to patronize.I can't speak for their mail delivery, or how adeptly they handle incoming packages, or how well they process money orders, etc.But if you're interested only in buying stamps, this place is very highly recommended.”
“Even though it's often busy, the young ladies in the front are always courteous and apologize for the wait/ensure those of us waiting in line that they will be right with us (and they are). They're organized, efficient, and great at what they do...and so the line moves quickly.
They are also patient when customers need help/have questions.
And one of the young ladies up front is VERY funny! She was clever/witty and engaging with customers in a way that made me laugh several times while waiting.”
“Nice place. Usually not crowded and staff are always happy to help.Maybe some issues with parking, especially if you need to drop a heavy package inside (it's only a few parking spots in front of the entrance which always occupied even if no people inside).”
“One of the friendliest post offices I’ve been to. The lines aren’t terrible - if there are any - and the staff is helpful. They go over all shipping options and are engaging with my young children who tag along.”
“Friendly staff. There's short term parking outside which is convenient. I had to ship a large number of books and between buying postage online through PayPal, dropping off labeled boxes at the post office, it was much easier than I expected.”
“Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Highly recommend
I see some of the negative reviews on here but I've honestly never had any issues.”
“Normally love the Postal Service, excellent workers very hard job. Lately, the last few weeks, we haven’t been having our mail picked up (twice), we have mail going out every day.”
“Went to this location last week to mail products for my business. As a small business owner I am constantly in the post office and I definitely will make this my permanent mailing location moving forward!”

25 W Northfield Rd Ste C, Livingston“I had probably the best experience than every other post office I’ve been to. The woman that helped me, Sandy, had phenomenal customer service and went above and beyond. Next time I have to go to the post office again, I’ll be coming to this location and hopefully Sandy is the one that helps me out!”
“Been here a couple times and I’m always met with fast and friendly service. Plenty of parking available and the line (if there even is one) moves quick. This is my go-to for USPS services.”
