Lots of negative reviews so I was very anxious about the trade in value I'd get after purchasing a Pixel 7 Pro. Additionally I sent the phone late according to PCS' own terms but within the timescale Google had advised in an email so was concerned how that would pan out as the estimates had gone down since.I've just been issued a credit of £205 which is higher than the estimate I'd initially had (I'd said the phone had a cracked screen just in case, the phone itself was mint) so they've actually accurately assessed it and revised up. All in all very happy.Doesn't excuse the other negative reviews or discredit those but definitely feels like a case of more bad experiences being shared and those who receive accurate valuations won't bother posting about them.TL;DR exercise caution but from HUKD comments and my own experience, it does work.

Like most people here, I tried to send in a phone with the google trade in service. Rating a phone with 0 Euro because of "burned in or dead pixels" which I can´t spot. After asking for more detailed Information about the process of testing and how they calculate the price, google sealt of nad stated that the decision is final. So it seems that they are just looking for an excuse not to pay. Nice Marketing here.

Two times I had a deal with this company, never going to do it again. An unreliable partner whose managers are going to blame each other for mistakes and mislead you in crucial moments. Stay as far away from them as possible.

This is essentially a scam. Do NOT carry out a trade-in with Google. Google is culpable for choosing a completely unreliable company for their trade-ins.They will con you and value your phone at £0, citing issues with it that are demonstrably untrue.Awful service from a corrupt company.

SCAM!!I sent my phone as part of the google trade-in. Absolutely nothing wrong with the phone (valued ~200€).After 3 weeks of no updates at all, they rejected it saying the phone doesn't meet all requirements. Of course by that time, no one can return the new phone on google store, because more than 2 weeks have already passed.On top of that, it took them around 6 weeks to send my phone back.I do not recommend this service to anyone.

Oh dear, here am I in the UK with a Pixel 7 Pro, and offered a trade in for my as new 12 Mini, no trade in kit arrived, but looking at reviews dare I even send it in to you? Oddly, I used to own a tech company in the US, in UT, the guy who owns it said you still owe him money and to stay well clear of you!

Evaluated my phone for trade in with Google, I was told I had sent a phone which I've never owned and it was worth less than the one I was claiming (and did) send. Raised a case with Google but they are insisting I sent a phone I've never owned. Total scam artists.

Very bad service. Similar to other reviews. I sent them my Google pixel 4a valued at £200 by Google to be traded in. I have been notified that it's worth £0.00 and will be returned to me. Upon receiving the returned phone it remained in the near perfect condition it was sent it. Do not use this company to trade in your phone.
