Today I got my third vehicle from Open Road. My salesman was once again Michael Napuli.I brought my Lyriq in for routine service and Christian gave me a XT6 as a loaner. I really liked the way it drives and it has the cargo space my family needs. I reached out to Michael about possibly trading in our CT6 for the XT6 and he quickly sent me numbers the same day. He was able to get me a great deal. I couldn't be happier. I did everything online, Michael knows we have a 4 year old, and he had everything ready for when we arrived. We were literally there for less than 20 minutes. Dealing with Al the Finance Manager was also a pleasure.I highly recommend Open Road Cadillac and Michael Napuli.

I leased a new XT4 last month at this dealership. Chris in the service department was terrific handling a few glitches that I had. He was professional and handled everything quickly. I am very happy with my transaction at this dealership and all those that were involved in my lease.

Their service department is very helpful and efficient with their timing. Showed up without an appointment and they got me out of there very quickly. Very pleased with this and especially the service advisor Ted - he's great!

Mr. Chris Behrens is service manager that needs fired from Cadillac. He is the most rudest disrespectful badgering and belittling customers to no end. How General Motors would keep someone like him in an elite Cadillac position is unbeknownst to me.. His blatant disregard on how he speaks to customers is unacceptable. Yesterday was the last time he will call a customer ignorant for any reason. Mr. Behrens needs to be made aware that he is not above anyone. I have made a formal complaint with General Motors and I have recordings of this man's behavior that I am going to expose his nasty behavior and comments to as many people I possibly can. Do not deal with this man on any level. If there's not someone else who can help you go to another dealer who does represent the elite clients of Cadillac. I will pursue what ever means possible to ensure no one else with have to deal with such unprofessional behavior. Cadillac is too classy for such a nasty person to represent their brand. Mr. Behrens needs replaced and with any luck it's going to happen sooner than later.

On 7/19/23 I scheduled a brake and rotor replace for 7/28/23 at 8:00AM, The appointment was confirmed via email. I arrived at the specified time dropped my car off, I was told that it would take 2 1/2 hours, it wasn't readyAt 1:30pm I received a call from.the service dept. informing me that they weren't able to do the job because they didn't have the partsVery frustrating and unhappy with Open Road Service Dept

Worst place in the world I spent all my hard earned money to buy a car. Cash and they screwed me over it was flooded. Don’t ever go here trust me. Car looks good for 2 Months then dies on you. Then they say sounds like a you problem. Unbelievable Chris. Karma is real you know you did me wrong. Dropping law suit soon. I was willing to keep the car if they payed the repairs but they denied it.

Well I came in April 7th 2020 and paid in full 85,000 for a 2020 escalade this dealership did not give me my second key or even a gift I didn't know these things as it was my 1st time ever purchasing a vehicle off the lot it want until I went to another Cadillac dealership and purchased my sports car I found out I was supposed to get s second key and a gift for spending a large sum of money. While I didn't receive a large gift I received something that said thank you for spending your money with us which was a key chain and cadillac carpets as well as an umbrella and insoent 30,000 less with them. When I had the conversation with Open road Cadillac about my second key I didn't even mention the gifts they told me I would have to buy it and they would reimburse me. Only to find out the key cost $500 why would I have to pay for anything after spending 85,000. Looking for my next Cadillac and here is not where I'll get it from. Did I mention the paint has scratches all through and through and through like buffing scratches but you can't tell that when it's on the dealership floor

After looking for weeks I found the suv I wanted . Spoke with Alex in sales and Bam !! I bought the suv sight un seen never did that before. When I went to finalize the deal and saw the car I was more than happy !! Alex is a real professional ! Then on to the paper work , Al the finance mgr had all the ducks in a row , again pleasantly surprised, With that being said Open Roads is where I'll buy all vehicles going foward !!

I just made a purchase at Open Road Cadillac a Chevy Blazer. I'm very happy with my purchase everyone was very helpful especially Junior. He kept me updated with all the information I needed from the beginning to the end of the sale. I would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone's car buying needs. me and my wife bought a cadillac cts from this dealership. it was priced at 10k we bought it out in cash they took advantage of us because we were young charged us 14k. they gave us paper plates and said they would mail out the real plates in 30 days we never received them. they also told us they would refund us for our uber ride to get there they never did. we bought out the car and they didn’t let us take it the same day because they wanted to do more maintenance. they basically robbed us of about 5,000 dollars all together. & every time i called the dealer sam the car salesman would either hang up the phone & even stated his phone fell in the pool. these guys are literal thieves took advantage of the fact that we were 19 years old buying our first car. if you see this please don’t give this dealership any business if they did it too me they will do it too you. there manipulate you and play mind games with you and tell you everything you want too hear. thank you for teaching me too always be aware of peoples kindness. i hope you go out of business for taking advantage of people

World Class DeliveryI took delivery of my Lyriq today. The experience of working with Open Road Cadillac was world class. Better than my experiences with BMW and Mercedes. I've interacted with many people since ordering the car once the order bank opened last May, Michael, Christian, Chris, Alex, Greg, and Junior. All were extreme professional, and made me feel valued. They really exceeded my expectations. This was truly a luxury car experience, taking service to the next level. The team was so accommodating. We communicated via phone, email and even text. Christian called me after hours on his way home. I mentioned to Christian that I didn't hear back from the charger installation team, he made a call to a GM counterpart and I immediately received a call with the information I was as waiting for. Junior expedited the delivery process for me, everything was ready when I went to pick up the car.Michael and Junior are truly subject matter experts on the Lyriq. Michael kept us in the loop as he learned more about the car.The Lyriq is awesome!
