My experience with Miracle Ear has been great! This is the second hearing aid place I have taken my 91-year old Mother to and the customer service at Miracle Ear is excellent! They aren’t just about making a sell on the hearing aids. They are really concerned about helping the patient to hear and communicate better. They explain how the aids should work. Very patient and considerate of making their customers comfortable!

I was invited to pass the hearing test by mail card and set an appointment today 7/10/2023. I was told that it's free, but they copied my insurance card After sound test (without any my ear doctor checking ) they told me : "your hearing is very bad". When I asked to give me any device to try for comparing, I was told that device for $1000 will not help me but I can order the device for $6000 and then try.I was told to leave my email. So I want to get test result - not "very bad"- in detail. And I want to know how much they are going to take from Medicare (my insurance). If I don't get the test result I'll come to company and repeat my request

This place is the worst. Unprofessional bait and switch on pricing and products then they get arrogant when you want lower priced model.Nothing miraculous hear !
