Today I had a box I didn’t realize had to be shipped FedEx and they taped it up for me and put the label on for me without me even asking so I could take it over to FedEx. Thanks so much! I’ve been dealing with a lot of stress trying to return that particular item so that little gesture made my day a lot better.”

“I ran in right before closing, at around 6:28, was having trouble getting QR code for an Amazon return. The clerks were respectful, patient and helpful and kept the store open a few minutes late. They helped me find the QR code and package one of the packages correctly. Much better than other shipping service store clerks around town. Would definitely recommend. The appreciation just can't be put in words.”

“I had a large, fragile book with clamshell box at nearby Millea Bros. auction house and needed a service to pick up, then pack & send to me in the midwest. My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”
“I visited The UPS Store in Millburn, NJ on March 8th and was incredibly impressed by supervisor Nada's exceptional customer service. She was the only staff member there but managed to handle multiple customers efficiently, all while maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor. Even when a rush of customers came in, Nada stayed calm and composed, ensuring everyone received the best possible service. I overheard several other customers praising her as well. “I've wondered about the reviews for this UPS in Madison & I sense that the beginner/infrequent shippers seem to like the service [including me] & people who are apart of the older demographic also like the service.
Methinks (also!) that folks who are familiar with some other kind of shipping service (likely) a more convenient shipping service (perhaps?) mislike the service provided here. Juxtaposed to the service I received in Shanghai [China!] the shipping whatnot here is a joke, but juxtaposed to the service I received in France the service is fantastic.
I'll add positive or negative marks to this review depending if my newest ISSUE is resolved properly or if I receive quality advice or whatnot. My problem is that I lost my tracking number & an eBay customer is requesting their tracking number because the order is seemingly not arriving. I did ship two orders that day. It would be a bother if the packages were switched; albeit, at the time I checked the addresses for each product and they looked correct.”

She gives customers chances to correct paperwork instead of rejecting password appointments. I highly recommend her to help customers with anything. “I don’t normally leave reviews but after visiting this location I had to. I was shocked by some of the other (negative) reviews because my experience couldn’t reflect the opposite more. I was in the area and decided to drop off some amazon returns and ship out a package instead of at the store closer to my house. This Friday I was greeted with excellent customer service, efficient and helpful employees, plus a short wait time despite a long line. While all of the staff I met were nothing less than fantastic; the cashier with dark brown hair and glasses was so incredibly nice, I’m truly impressed with her multitasking abilities. I would absolutely go out of my way to visit again.”
