I came in for a gel polish change. I was charged $50. I will not be returning. The guy that does massages drop a can on my foot, I didn’t receive a “I’m sorry or excuse me”. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Was charged $8.00 additional to have the gelPolish removed that they put on a week prior because I decided to get a regular manicure this time. I usually get a regular manicure, but this time we were traveling to Europe , so I wanted it to last a bit longer. Most of it peeled off. I had it on a total of 5 nails. I bring my own polish every time. I frequent this place almost 2 times a month for the past 4 years. That’s just bad business to charge a regular paying customer $8.00 additional- when I was getting another service anyway. I also got a pedicure. Things are changing. They lost their masseuse , a lot of the mail techs are gone….I will pay for things… no problem, but in order to give me a manicure they have to remove my polish. I didn’t have to soak off tips or powder. This was a gel manicure. I really like it here but I don’t like being charged for nothing.***@Luxury Nails response. Clearly you know who I am as a I’ve been a paying customer for many years. Coming twice a month most times. I did get gel nails polish. I had only 5 nails that barely needed soaking off, the rest were clear of polish - you charged $8 additional (as if it was a full set getting soaked off- they didn’t even need soaking off)- Honestly, I really don’t care about paying. - but you didn’t even check to see what I was getting taken off.As I said, I’ve been a customer for many years paying and tipping fairly…- and I’ve been to other salons and noted….only charge if you are not getting any other services, and they certainly wouldn’t charge a loyal paying customer to have the polish removed so it can be reapplied. I’d rather give the $8 as a tip to the manicurist removing it. Truthfully, I would have hoped you’d responded by saying “it was an over-site and misunderstand and we hope to see you back”….because that’s just good business and $8.00 can’t be worth losing a loyal customer.Service: Manicure

Clean, I specifically like that they use new files, bag the bowl and have steamed-Autoclave tools.I enjoy the soft music and quiet atmosphere.

Me and my husband get out Pedicures here. If I don’t get the girls we like .. I never get a good pedicure .. I like my toenails cut and filed square, if I don’t get the girls I like. They don’t listen, also I paid $90 for a pedicure also .. I understand it was gel, plus french, and chrome. But $90 never again… I’ll stick to regular pedicures and my girls ..My husband gets his done also … his is separate $ . I give it a 4 because they are nice and place is clean .. just pick your girl that you like every time.Service: Pedicure

Got these nails done last week as I was headed for vacation and these were $120 plus tip. Was told that these would last 2 weeks as they were gel extensions but they didn’t even last a week. Honestly really disappointed.Service: Gel manicures

The service is good and it’s clean so 4 stars for that. The women who checks me out when I pay never gives me a coupon when I pay in cash. The man, who is managing always gives me a coupon when I pay in cash. It’s usually ten dollars or more. What is up with that? It’s happened numerous times with the one woman at the checkout. Should I no longer pay in cash?

If I could pick less than one star I would... got my nails done and broke the NEXT day. When I came to get it fixed they told me to come back the next day. Unacceptable! Then said I'd have to wait. Terrible customer service!!

Filed my mail bed down way too thin before applying gel and then put more coats than I have ever had before - it was at least 5. No communication. Gel polish is chipping off and hasn’t even been a week.

I would recommend calling to get prices before getting nails done. I was charged $45 for a basic manicure with a gel polish. I thought that was quite expensive. I just paid and left. I called back to get the price for a gel manicure and they said $37. The person at check out didn't say anything to me when I was trying to pay for my service. I had to ask to pay. She was as sweet as pie to the regulars. The gel polish was thickly put on and peeled off within 4 days. Gel polish should last 2 weeks. I will not be going back as there are plenty of other nail salons in the area.

I went in today for a gel manicure, as the woman who was giving me my manicure was about to start, she place latex covering on her nails. I am terribly allergic to latex, and I shared this with her, and I was moved to another operator. I am use to that, I apologized, and proceeded with my manicure. Although I could not understand all of what she was saying to her coworkers, it was clear I had irritated her, and she was quite annoyed that I had expressed I had this allergy. In fact, it seems she went on and on about it for a while. Needless to say, I will never go there again. It was rude, and disrespectful. Dawn VailService: Gel manicure

So I had been a long time costumer of this salon until recently. I had enjoyed their work until I was treated so poorly I won’t go back. My mom made an appointment for a gel pedicure, when she got there she was given the spa pedicure as well as handed the gel color box. As she was getting her pedicure the workers began cleaning up around her making her feel uncomfortable. As they were cleaning up the salon she finished and they ended up charging her over $80. When I called to question this I was hung up on 3x until the owner finally called me back. When I explained the situation and told her how my mom was a bit blindsided paying this amount she told me “thats the way it is”. When I explained how I was feeling upset and she was going to lose our business if they couldn’t help us, she said “oh, bye”. I honestly expected more from a salon like this, especially one that I had been dedicated to going to.Also I should note that the gel manicure I received is already chipping and it was done yesterday. The quality of the service and the staff were both terrible and I wouldn’t recommend getting ripped off like this.Services: Manicures
