Terrible experience, they are never willing to take you if you walk in with an issue or something urgent for your small business activities. Bankers are always "busy" in calls with their own screens or "meetings" with the chairs in front of them, because clearly you don't see anyone around them. Make sure you book an "appointment" even if you need to bring them your own money like your retirement contribution or even to notarized your signature.

This is not a bank it’s a joke, third time in a row in 3 weeks Iv tried to get change for my store and 3 time Iv been told they are out of quarters. Today I went out of my way to get here early and the lady tells me they are out of quarters on a Monday, only one hour in to your bank opening, I’m sorry what a joke.

I've been a Chase customer for many years and, when I moved out of NJ, the staff at the Florham Park branch were very helpful with my transition. Unfortunately, Chase does not have a presence where I live, but I wanted to keep my checking account. Recently, I asked my original bank in Florham Park to convert my bank account to a joint account. The advisor I spoke to said he's be happy to help and research steps to complete this remotely. He, unfortunately, did not call me back. After a week, I called him to check status and I was told he was on another line and would call me right back. That was several weeks ago. I was very disappointed that I never received word back, so I just called the 800 number to close the checking account and I've now switched to another bank for my checking needs. Sad that I was not treated like a customer should be treated.

45 minutes from my house on my Harley and running out of Gas. I realized I don't have my wallet, just my phone and Chase App. The staff was courteous, helpful and was able to get me get on my way. Thank You Again!!
