Where I work uses this bank for our daily deposits and to get change and has been using it for quite a few years now. Lately it has been the worst experiences every time one of us goes here. The fact that only one employee works seems to be able to take a customer and help them when there are at least 2 other people standing around with an iPad is so annoying and just rude. The teller sing is great and so kind but sadly he is the only one ever doing anything. The other people just stand around when they can open a second window and not have the line be out the door. One day my coworker went to deposit and get change and the only employee was out to lunch for an hour. How is that even allowed? She told her she couldn't help her with the deposit and to come back. They really need to hire new people or teach the iPad people how to not just stand around as it looks bad.

Poor customer service. Needed someone to have some paperwork done. Their website said no appointment needed and when I got to the bank they said it needs an appointment.

Standard Bank of America with a noticeably low ceiling (must have been designed a while back) so it feels different from the newer sites. Still, basic services at the counter were handled smoothly, and they have some mortgage and other services folks sitting back on the left as you enter. Parking is a little complicated with how fast people drive through the lot, but encircles the store, and no drive-thru ATM.

Terrible Branch manager and bank teller Beverly. Bank of America Corp needs to FIRE these to CLOWNS for being racist against African American people. I received the worse service ever. I am going to see this thru to make sure this happens to no other person of color. SHAME ON YOU BEVERLY and your Branch manager. -2000 in customer service.

I like the electronic services offered here and the associates are helpful too, most BOA equipment is so cumbersome it's a hassle to use but they went will the compact route and it works well. Three oranges from me!
