I was inside this bank for an HOUR. I just had to cash bonds. There were 2 tellers but 1 was preoccupied with someone for the whole time I was there. I only met with the teller for 15 mins of that hour. There were other employees in the bank at desks. At least there is a drive-thru ATM now.

If you value your time and sanity: do NOT go to this branch. Their overall slowness and incompetence is beyond frustrating. Honestly - thinking about switching banks entirely after my visit.

Even though workers here are nice and polite, it's unbelivable I couldn't get a Secured CC just because the Manager doesn't trust their own BoA system and it hasn't done before. Since I wanted to do the withdrawal/payment from a different bank's account. And when I asked her to talk to her superior or someone above her, she said there wasn't no one else to call or get to solve this. Hope someone can do something about this soon, since you guys will be losing CC customers just because they don't have BoA checking accounts.

Where I work uses this bank for our daily deposits and to get change and has been using it for quite a few years now. Lately it has been the worst experiences every time one of us goes here. The fact that only one employee works seems to be able to take a customer and help them when there are at least 2 other people standing around with an iPad is so annoying and just rude. The teller sing is great and so kind but sadly he is the only one ever doing anything. The other people just stand around when they can open a second window and not have the line be out the door. One day my coworker went to deposit and get change and the only employee was out to lunch for an hour. How is that even allowed? She told her she couldn't help her with the deposit and to come back. They really need to hire new people or teach the iPad people how to not just stand around as it looks bad.

My husband went to this Bank of America to withdraw 5,000 dollars out of his account. He was racially profiled and was asked for two different ID’s because they said his signature was different. They called his job without his permission to be more specific Charine Sherry which is a relationship banker conducted the call. Also Asita Ray which is the manager agreed to calling his job to verify his identity. He was so upset that he wanted to withdraw all his money out to go to another bank and they said they could only give him a check because they didn’t have that much money in the bank. This was a terrible experience racism come in different shapes and forms. They could politely profiled let this review be a perfect example. I personally would never enter this bank again.

Very poor management, 18 people waiting in line, only one very slow cashier that does not have enough knowledge of what is he doing. 1 hour wasted just to get a cashiers check… unbelievable!

Go to bank of America drive through, has sign it says window closed come inside. Try to go inside, Bank is closed 35 minutes before scheduled closing which is postedReplying to the nonsense response from the bank on 08/28/21 to my original post:JUST CHANGE THE SIGNS!!! HOW LAZY CAN YOU BE NOT TO DO IT????!

Poor customer service. Needed someone to have some paperwork done. Their website said no appointment needed and when I got to the bank they said it needs an appointment.
