I was in the process of taking my truck to the shop and actually broke down on the way. After contacting the shop to let them know, they gave me the number of a trusted tow service. Once the truck was there at the shop I got updates on the progress and was very impressed with the in-depth knowledge of their work. Anything that they came across while repairing the transmission that also needed attention was relayed to me for approval to fix as well. A rear main seal leaking and a transfer case seal. The new transmission performed flawlessly on our return trip home of almost 1,300 miles. I would recommend anyone in the general area with transmission problems or upgrades in general to use Auto Wurks Diesel after experiencing their customer service and knowledge of their profession.”
