Sadiqua is an amazing lash artist. The first time I met Sadiqua she was patient, she listened, and then she gave me exactly the look I wanted, and gives me the look I want every time. She is gentle and neat, I fall asleep, and wake up with perfect lashes. I drive an hour to see her.

Have been a customer for four years coming regularly every 2-3 weeks. This morning they turned me away bc my 10 year old daughter was with me. Store was empty at 9 am on a Sunday. Not a nice experience.Service: Eyelash extensions

Employees here are super nice. My lashes looked amazing right after. I am only giving 2 stars because they did not last at all. I woke up the next day- about 50-70% of my lashes had fallen off. I've had lashes done previously so I know how to care for them, but they didn't last at all. By the morning of the second day, all the lashes were completely gone. Pretty disappointed b/c Google had such good reviews and my lashes did look amazing right after.

While there were a few miscommunications with previous management, the team at amazing lash really makes sure the customer is satisfied and works hard to make things better. The studio is always clean and I truly love my lashes every time I leave here. Great problem resolution and costumer care.

Ivon really did the BEST job on my lashes! I LOVE them! She was really patient & took the time to make sure she could give me the look that I wanted. This was also the nicest & cleanest Amazing Lash I've been to. The staff was really friendly & welcoming & really knew what they were doing!

I asked for one "master" stylist and got another one who was very short with me during the service and quite rough. She was trying to inform me but definitely lacked tact. I went here because I couldn't make it to my usual stylist due to traveling (who works for the same chain but my overall experience was way better). This is my first and last time doing that. I should've just got them removed but it's a lesson learned. I cried in the car and I think I rather go back to mascara as I don't want to even chance a repeat of this experience. Long story short choose wisely.

Sam & Jenny are amazing, I didn’t even get my lashes done I had some horrible lashes that were done at another establishment removed. I literally couldn’t have asked for better service, they were so kind and patient and I’m so thankful for them, definitely a retuning customer!

Beware of hidden fees at checkout!! Went in to get a full set of lashes done this morning. Results of my lashes were good. It was my first time here and as first time guests they had a special of $99.99. When I called to book the appointment, they did not make me aware that they were going to charge me $30 extra for having a "master stylist" which wasn't mentioned at all at time of booking. I didn't even know it was a thing. If I wouldve known, I wouldn't have booked appointment. They also charge $8 for washing your lashes which they also charge you for and do not tell you about it prior to going in. At the end, they also pressure you to buy their products which honestly, it's not necessary at all to be honest. They aren't rude, but they aren't a friendly and kind staff either that you can trust when they have all these hidden fees when it is time to pay. Very disappointing.

My granddaughter was here and had a terrible experience. In transparency, I am not a client but I’d like to educate the future customers how this business runs. Staff are unprofessional and threatening clients to charge them with fees when the staff messed up the schedule and kept wanting to get in new clients. Even you’re a member, they don’t care about you. NOT RECOMMENDING this location.

Florham Park location - Unprofessional and lack of customer service GO TO ROCKAWAY LOCATION. They're very accommodating and professional. They stated every location has different ownership. Leona is one of the main reasons why I am canceling my membership and will never go to this location. This woman should never work here if she doesn't want to listen to the client. I don't recommend a place with unprofessional staff. It reflects the service. This place used the be good honestly, but the pleasant staff moved to a different location. I believe according to the other recent reviews, this place has new ownership. Another client's Google review I uploaded here is similar to my experience. Confusing appointments and not accommodating. They want current customers to change their scheduled appointments to accommodate other new clients that will take your spot - this is so unprofessional. This place wants to squeeze in as many clients as possible like a factory that's why they keep changing the schedule. When you try to help them, they screw you up. This is not how a business should run. Clients who have the original appointments should be prioritized. Especially staff argue with the customers. In addition, the manager wants to keep charging fees. At 1:28pm-1:43pm today, Leona stated no fees will be charged. If any charge I see in the future, it will be a huge problem. On Thursday at 9:37am, I got a text from a staff named Colleen that this place didn't even have my appointment on file even I made an appointment weeks ago from my last visit. Jenny, master stylist, is great. But the staff make you uncomfortable. Will NEVER recommend. Don't forget to check YELP reviews.

I went here as a last minute thing since my lash tech was on vacation. You have to pay an extra $30 on your service for a master stylist. Which is someone with only 6-8 months of experience and can do volume lashes in a certain amount of time (their definition). You know the place is crap when the lash tech keep trying to sell you their products to the point you are uncomfortable. I told Danielle I have my own lash shampoo that works great for me. Her response is Their product is better so they are not responsible for retention on my lashes since I don't USE their product! Sad. Also, Danielle kept trying to sell a "membership" before she even started. WHO purchases a membership for lashes before you even see your results!?! I spent an extra $30 on Danielle thinking I was going to get quality volume curls the way they advertise on Instagram just for it to look like a hybrid and fall out like I've never seen before, and this is before the 2 day mark where they tell you you're able to wash them. They texted me about 3-4 times for a review and I wanted to keep to myself but here you go.

The types of lashes this studio does is very tacky and overpriced. It's far too thick and one dimensional-even if you get the natural set. My technician did a good job with the application, however, it turned out too thick and looked like broomsticks when I wanted something more natural. I would go with somewhere else.

I LOVE Jess! She’s great and does an amazing job. However the front desk ALWAYS messes up my appointments or when I check out there’s issues with packages/ how much I’m being charged / upgrades / confirming appointments for the wrong time etc. it’s a headache every time I go in. I go in and come out feeling stressed .. you would think for the all the $$ I’m paying, there would be better customer service. Strongly considering canceling and signing up a different location who have better customer service!!!
