Friendly staff. They are always busy at the back-office but easy going and helpful. Not worse than any other post office and will give proper advise if asked.

Every single time I go in there, no matter who's working, I get the worst service -- it's like they don't care to be there, or don't want to work. It makes me so uncomfortable, I stopped using this location.

Never received package. Never had a problem ordering from Barnes and Noble until now. Keep receiving other persons mail just because he is in the apt number as me. Different name but same apt number.
