All the coaches are amazing, welcoming amd always willing to answer any questions you may have. Fellow classmates also add in the enjoyment of learning jiu-jitsu by helping out and always adding encouraging and positive comments. Overall the atmosphere is terrific and this is always something I look forward to doing everyday.

Matakas has been an absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter! She is keeping active, getting stronger and most importantly preparing herself with self defense should she ever need to use it. I would recommend it to any kid or adult for that matter!
