“I walked in in the bank extremely upset with the thought that money had fraudulently been taken from my account. The bank teller Mona initiated conversation immediately at the service desk. As I began explaining my issue she took me to her desk. When she could not see/resolve the issue, she reached out to an associate from online services. Together they were able to satisfy my inquiry and provide me with the information to put me at ease. Mona was friendly, compassionate, and displayed the correct amount of empathy that showed she cared and considered my issue as her number one priority.
