The staff are very friendly, however the ATM Truist uses needs to be changed. I have had issues multiple times, ATM is out order, the most recent was on 7/8/23, went to withdraw $600, went thru the whole process, pin#, etc., waiting for my $ to disburse, then an error comes up stating the "ATM is experiencing issues, transaction can't be completed at this time". The kicker is, it was d3ducted from my checking account, pending status. I go into Truist Bank to advise, one of the tellers said I'll need to wait until it's cleared with my bank. I stated this ATM needs to be reported for this problem asap, she didn't seem to show any concern that I was out $600 until this clears, which I'm hoping it clears without any problems! Please stay away from this ATM, there are too many issues on a continous basis, and this branch isn't the type of customer service & business I prefer to deal with. I'll be paying off my HELOC quickly. When it was the Roebling Bank, never any issues..

Honestly? I am getting sick of this bank. Every time I log into my bank account the sum of money I should have available it's always incorrect. I am always low on money even though I do have the money.It's just so unnerving.

This is a wonderful place to conduct banking as long as you have at 3 hours to kill. While I was in their drive through lane, I celebrated 2 birthdays. I watched 3 slugs move several hundred feet across their parking lot while I sat there. I considered having my legal address changed to Lane #2. I think Truist means this is TRULY the place you will come and age while you do your banking.

Truly slow, account closed just as quick as I opened it. App locked me out during registration, call customer service number given, and then after waiting on hold for 15 minutes get told I have to go back to branch. Smh

This branch has got the slowest workers ever, the inside is closed. Everytime i have to go to this location for work purposes, i spend at lease no less than 20 minutes at the teller window.... and somehow the inside is closed and there are 2 tellers inside but they only have one teller working the windows....

I have an extremely poor experience with getting a mortgage through this bank from the first step of getting prequalified to deciding even though I was approved that the only one mortgage officer in NJ was so unreliable that I was not continuing with this bank and they lost my loan. Being an essential worker I was very patient and forgiving but enough was enough. I couldn't get a call back from the officer to begin with so I filled out the prequalifying application online. I didn't get an answer back for a month and a half until I started making calls and sending out emails. I was approved and started looking into the house I was looking to purchase. I called the branch again to tell them I was approved and needed to speak to a loan officer. At this point after eating so long my deadline was approaching even though I started almost two months prior. I finally spoke with the officer and thought then we'd be in contact, not the case. He completely neglected to answer calls, texts, and emails of very basic and easy to answer questions. I told him how unhappy I was with the service I've been getting and he fed me excuses and what I believe to be lies about a child with leukemia. I could tell he was using facts about me I'd given to try to play con games saying he'd worked for the same company I do and used to get the only one day off a week I get, that's a managers schedule and I doubt he was a manager at my company. I decided not to go with the house I was looking for after he finally gave me my max loan amount I'd asked for 15 days prior causing me to lose more time and have to extend my lease passed when I wanted to costing me $700. I'd gotten a realtor and she called him and he didn't get her the information she requested for several days. I would never go to this bank if you want a mortgage loan in NJ. I'd also called a branch to tell them of the situation and was treated rudely and was interrupted. I hit the one star accidentally, I give it zero stars.

I just do not understand people posting bad reviews here. I have been a personal banking customer for a year. Just opened up a business banking account and visited the brach to finish some paperwork. The representatives at the branch are courteous, professional and friendly. Seems no one leaves good reviews anymore. Well this one if for you staff of BBT Florence NJ...you are great.

BB&T Florence NJ is BAD ATTITUDE - I can never get the change I order.I own a small business. The teller told me to call ahead next time.That does not work either, they have don't have it ready.Especaily Darlene.
