I was unfortunately the target of fraudulent activity. I went to flemington's store even though i didn't buy the phone there because o was in the area. Marie advocated for me and made sure the error was corrected on verizon's end.

This is absolutely the worst brand store for Verizon. For years I have tried to get good service there and it is consistently and continually just the worst. The reps are consistently unhelpful and treat you like you're intruding on their day. They don't know how to help and even when they do know how to help they clearly just want to get rid of you and this is after waiting in line forever. I just wish I had a phone that worked properly! Is that too much to ask???

A bit frustrating that there's not a direct number to this location, but it is an authentic Verizon location. Visiting in person they have been very helpful. The others in the area, such as the Clinton ( next to Wendy's )store is NOT. Despite the large Verizon logo out front, they are TCC. And they are HORRIBLE! They have no clue what the hell they're selling or doing. The same applies to the location next to Lowe's. NOT a Verizon store. TCC as well.
