The woman who works here is without a doubt the rudest person I've ever encountered. I walked in with a box and asked for a label instantly she had an attitude with me and she said "we dont label boxes". After some back and forth her attitude got worse and worse until she asked me to leave. All because I asked about how to send a box that i hadnt yet labelled. She was wrong and then feigned ignorance when I repeatedly asked her how I label my box with the address if they "dont label boxes". She said "im not helping you sir".. i said "youre right, you are not helping me at all". And then grabbed the labels off the wall and asked her if THIS was a label.. she said "well you can do whatever it is you're gonna do i guess". This woman shouldn't even be employed much less at the Post Office. I left and went to UPS. Never walking in this place again.

Inside the building was 100 degrees.
Interior door was locked, so previous customer had to constantly open door for next person.
Just one staff working at this busy post office; consistent line of 6-10 customers while I was there for the 25 minutes.
Their scale didn't function properly, delaying whole process, for everybody.
Staff put final sticker wrapped around edges, instead of flat on just one side.

Lost three packages of ours totaling a lot of money, then said that they were going to do nothing to fix it. It doesn't matter if the GPS says that they put it at our house, it wasn't received. Awful.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an employee. I was told the second I got there she was going to take a while with a customer- I said no problem. I waited 30 minutes in line and then when I get to the front of the line I was told my package would take too long to grab and that she needs to help all the other Customer who have been waiting as if I wasn’t one. She had no problem spending 30 MINUTES with an other customer. This post office need to fire and rehire. Of course this post office has 2 stars with an employee like that. AWFUL.

Certified mail was sent to me at an address where I wasn't living anymore. Didn't have access to retrieve the pink slip to claim the mail. I contacted the post office troght their website. The postmaster Crystal contacted me, telling me to stop by with my ID and that the mail will be given to me. She was great and prompted my request, and I was able to get my mail without issues.

The staff on 4/1/24 was very rude . Makiah I believe was her name was extremely ghetto and rude. She behaved as if working was a burden. The younger employee was very polite and helped kindly. The older one just talked badly about other employees in front of us. Very unprofessional for public government employee.

So, for at least the third time this year, we had packages requiring a signature service that were supposed to be delivered to our home. I say "...supposed to be..." because EVERY TIME the drivers never left their seat in the mail truck to walk to the door to get a signature. They have simply put the "we missed you" slip in the mailbox and drive away.Today, it happened again. I happened to be working in the garage--door wide open--and see the mailman put the mail in our mailbox. He did not leave his vehicle at all! Yet a couple hours later, when I go out to get the mail out of the box, low-and-behold there's a "we missed you" slip again!! We have a Ring doorbell, another camera monitoring our driveway, and another in our breezeway. None of them went off because the driver never left the vehicle. And I also know this because I watched him when he pulled up to the mailbox.To top it off, I tried calling the post office directly at 908-782-2811 and no one answers! I called EIGHT times!! So not only lazy drivers, but no one wants to answer the phone either! I guess there are a lot of customers out there that want to complain, so they got tired of answering the phone. TIME FOR A NEW POSTMASTER IN FLEMINGTON TO STRAIGHTEN THESE PEOPLE OUT!!!

They win the award for the crankiest and rudest staff of any post office. They take out their misery on the customers, even if the customer is slow because of disabilities. These people are perfect example why there’s a drive to eliminate the Postal Service and their pensions. The population has grown exponentially but this is still the only post office in the area.Newsflash: your miserable life is no one else’s fault.

Numerous packages coming in open, and retaped closed. Sometimes not even resealed. Pill bottles (vitamins) and some electronics from Amazon are of special interest from what I gather.What is it, people drawing federal benefits not paid enough to keep integrity?

I come here almost daily have yet to encounter a problem. Only issue I have had is sometimes my items I send out via Media Mail I have an acceptance scan and it stays stagnant for over 13 days with no updates. Normally I will have to wait even longer to see any movement. I don't consider this a Flemington issue but rather a distribution center issue. The employees here are always very friendly.

I always go when the crowds have died down but the desk clerks at this Post Office are and have always been very patient and helpful.
