Been going there for 20 years. I try to support local business, I ordered lug nuts and paid cash $75. When I went to pick them up Darren had no recollection of the order when the lug nuts were sitting on the shelf in his mess of a store. I will be ordering online from now on. Not to mention his welcoming attitude, such a pleasure to be around. SMH.

Darren has always pulled through when I need him the most. Just a quick easy stop by, or call to the store, if they don't have it in stock, they will have it the next day for a better price than anywhere else.

I made a mistake and thought I was ordering from unlimited and accidentally ordered from someone else on amazon. The other guys sent me a used wheel, I still didn't realize and sent unlimited a nasty email about how disappointed I was because they always did me good. They very professionally replied and showed me it wasn't them. I then realized the mistake, sent the other guys stuff back, and reordered from unlimited. My wheel came a week earlier than projected, and it was packed and shipped right. I will definitely use unlimited in the future.

Cant say enough about these guys and their willingness to go out of their way to help someone out. I screwed up on an order and shipping. Not only did they fix it for me, they went out of their way to make sure the package got where it needed to go, on their time. Professional, friendly and fast. Excellent prices as well. Found them on Amazon. Thanks again guys for all the help!

I go to Unlimited for all my truck modifications! I've gotten bumpers, exhaust, and alot of other things there. They all arrived in a timely manner and the owner is great at finding what I need. I highly recommend this location!

Please stand by my Internet friends! I will let you know how it all works out! UPDATE: After ordering several days went by and UPS had claimed the product was delivered. It hadn't been! After contacting Unlimited Motorsports I found their customer service extremely lacking as they told me I would have to deal with UPS and later implied that some people (meaning me) fake that the product wasn't received in order to essentially steal from them. I was contacted multiple times by their representative, who I am sure is the owner of this company, demanding I take down my review on Amazon. I have noticed that their public responses to other negative reviews is equally dismissive of their customers concerns and they continue to blame UPS in what I consider to be more argumentative, if not combative, responses. Based on my experience and my observations of other reviews on their amazon store front, it is clear to me that they handle customers with bad experience as bad people. All they care about is their reviews, which is why I fully expect them to respond in a way to try and discredit me rather than just own up to the fact that they are rude to paying customers. No, I don't expect a simple "I'm sorry, we are taking steps to improve our service"..
