I went there to surprise my daughter and get her ear pierced for her second hole. There were nice but when I paid they said how are you tipping I was shocked I don’t mind tipping at all but for what I was literally there for 10 minutes.

I love this ulta. I come here several times a year and every time they are nice and helpful. Have had employees search high and low for things for me, make recommendations. I also had the cashier be very nice and give me my bday gift a little late. My mom and sister and I all have had nothing but good experiences here so I was surprised to see the reviews!

The manager and Sales associate provided me excellent customer service. The store was busy and the ladies were super efficient, got me in and out. Highly recommend, also the store had a great selection.

I got my hair cut by Shanti, and she was just the best! I don’t know much about hair, so I really appreciate her taking the time to explain things to me so that I could tell her exactly what I wanted done. She checked in with me to see if I wanted more layers or if the length of my curtain bangs was good, and she just really took the time to make my hair look amazing! I’m getting so many compliments!
