I worked with Dave at Arts auto shop and he was great. He checked to make sure the calipers were OK. He saved me about $300.00. I finally found a shop i can trust and isn't going to rip me off. He was so kind, so understanding he truly helped me in that moment with such grace and I couldn't be more thankful. The situation I was in late that evening with the confusion on orders and times. But Shawn came to the rescue and i just went to give him such a huge shout out! To the rude guy at the front who screamed at me for no reason as I explained myself to the lady standing there as I walked in trying to make long story short and he was the meanest that I legit was held back tears and didn't respond because he's my elder. From the moment I arrived, Joe was quick to greet me and assist with the check-in process. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was clearly explained before work began.
The service itself was completed within the time frame Joe initially provided, which I really appreciated. After the work was done, Manager Kyle and Supervisor Emily both took the time to go over the details of what had been performed on my vehicle. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt confident and informed about the condition of my tires.
What stood out most was their genuine attentiveness and professionalism. They didn’t just treat me like another customer—they made it clear that they care about quality service and long-term customer relationships. They even assured me that if I had any future tire-related concerns, I could return and count on their support.
Based on this experience, I’ll absolutely be returning for any tire services I need in the future. I also plan to bring all of my family’s vehicles here as well.
