My daughter and I had a great time! I was able to test out of the belay class from prior experience climbing elsewhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on a Friday night which is a discount night, so I was a little worried it would be crowded and we'd have to wait for ropes to open up or be rushed. There were plenty of friendly people there but it wasn't crowded and we had lots of choices for where to climb. My 6 year old can't wait to return next time we're in town!

Gravity Vault is a great place for beginner to advanced climbers. The staff is very helpful in orienting beginners to bouldering safety tips and how to get involved in the bouldering community. If you are new it is best to call ahead because there are competitions that take place there. The levels kept days after those competitions are harder. If you do not know how to belay yourself or have a belay partner you will not be able to do the traditional rock climbing. Staff will not belay you. Belay classes with Wyatt on Saturdays are the most beginner friendly according to staff.

Awesome experience here! Had many fun bouldering walls and very interesting top rope walls too! The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and taught my newbie friends the basics instead of making them watch a video on basics. Which is unique compared to other gyms. Thanks for the fun experience! Will have to visit again!

Great for birthday party. All kids are harnessed and helped by employees. You get a separate room for the celebration with tables, chairs, and even a refrigerator . You provide food and drinks.

Our experience was horrible! After we paid we were told the we could only use the "boulders" which is a climbing area with no harnesses and just a mat (that was hard) to break your fall. We politely asked if the regular walls were available, but they said they were booked, when hearing this we glanced and saw no one down there, so we asked again, and were told that because we had no experience we could not climb. On past occasion we were able to use the other walls. After this we climbed the boulders but they are too hard to climb due to lack of grip and little no adhesive properties. We did, however get our money back because we were only there for 20 minutes. We will not be returning and advise all to pick another place.

Great experience for novice and expert climbers. We took a private instructed session for an hour and it was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and mentored us well to achieve the climb. I would highly recommend this place for indoor climy

Update: I was able to get ahold of management via email, and after explaining the situation in detail, they extended my month membership to compensate for the time the climbing wouldn't be available. The manager was courteous and helpful, but did feel the need to tell me that normally they would have to abide by their policy, and that this was an exception.Buyer beware. They do not care about their customers here. They charged me $110 for a month membership, but didn't warn me that they would have no climbing available for two weeks of that month. When I asked them to freeze my membership or extend my month by the time I would not be able to climb due to their circumstances, they were unwilling to help me in any way whatsoever. They wouldn't even give me my $5 back for the shoes I had literally just rented before I saw the walls. Take a look at the pictures I just took.

Friendly staff, nice facility and increasingly challenging routes! My husband and I are new to bouldering and we found the more beginner routes we're just what we needed to "warm up" before trying the more advanced ones. Will be back as soon as we find more child care ?

Excellent ropes climbing gym with a variety for all levels. The climbs are interesting even for seasoned climbers. The setters were due to take down these climbs and reset them but were considerate enough to delay it by an entire morning so we could project them. Really great staff.

Do you know Lucas The owner of the franchise the gravity vault... I know him through my yoga practice... Very together laid-back gentleman... Body mind and spirit all come together... My kids live with their mom down in the flemington location... there are locations all over the place... It's worth every penny not just as a great place to work out and get your techniques Crisp... But rather a place to train not just as an adult but to bring your kids up through the ranks so to speak... Self-confidence and attention to detail are paramount... This is the first year that I have enrolled my children in camp... 11 and 14... These kids absolutely love all gravity vault facilities...

This place is Awesome! Very friendly staff and many options for climbing. Lots of ammenities available on site such as snacks and water fountains and cubbies for your belongings. The only down side is that unless your a member of the gym or a dedicated climber the price range for tickets can be a bit of a bank breaker. Overall, I had a great time, Parker helped me reach the top of 3 of the high rope walls I didn't even believe I could achieve.

Pretty solid set up, I like how the Boulder section is all on the first floor. I like that the kids walls are all almost exclusively off the side so the children aren’t running around the whole gym. They seem to set more difficult climbs down in the lower section, we had brought a beginner friend and once we moved down below she really couldn’t climb much at all. The exercise area is really solid too, lots of space and options. Their treadmill is very strange though, did not feel solid on it.
