Hi guys. I shop here because it's always empty and I know where everything is. I don't really care about quality or price, I just hate busy stores. So it's rare that I would need to go to the customer service desk and when I do they are usually very pleasant. However... I don't really understand "digital coupons" seems like an extra hoop for your customers and possibly discriminatory to the elderly or low income without access to technology. Please let your management know, when a customer has an issue with "digital coupons" just smile and take care of it, we don't need to be lectured about company policies and how the corporate structure does NOT want the employees to accommodate there customer and it will be a one time accommodation... STOP and SHOPs mission should be to get the customer to come back again... Will they?

Some guy who worked there gave me a hard time. Said his name was “John”. If you live on this side of town it’s nice that it’s close. Most people on this side of town make the trip and go to ShopRite or other places. They do have groceries though. In all my travels and grocery shopping I would say this grocery store is at the bottom of the list.

Very nice range of food stuffs, we presented and wide ranging. Pricier than other supermarkets, but worth it.

The store is very clean, which is one of the first things I look for in a grocery store. The produce is terrific... looks better, fresher, etc than any other grocery store in Hunterdon. Staff is friendly. Prices are good, especially if you watch for sales items.

Holy moly there is an angry person who simply didn't permit me to purchase a singular lottery ticket From the machine six minutes before closing. It doesn't take a minute to buy one but he chose to be a jerk. Not customer friendly to tell me the customer service has to be open in order for me to use the ticket dispenser

Okay now I'm usually now the space Cadet or anything but I'm in the store now walking around and I'm telling you I just walked into the Twilight Zone. All the employees are standing around you asked him or something is and it's a one-word response and a deep stare. The one employee leaning over the pile of waters and eating something looked very ill. Yeah I'm pretty sure The Twilight Zone lmaf I just can't anymore all you could do is laugh at this world today every single place is the same can I get an amen if you agree good grief

The PNC counter representative you have in the market should been retrained on how to handle business with PNC accounts holder. I have NEVER in life been told I can’t withdraw my money from my own saving account. I ask the woman behind the counter to speak with a manager she said she was the manager. I am very curious as too is she like this with all customers or just young black woman. I show her my driver license as she ask, she didn’t accept it I showed a piece a mail with my change of address she still proceed to be rude and not allow me to withdraw my funds. In 2023 racism is alive and definitely in that customer service advisor behind that counter.. I went to another PNC the next morning to do the withdrawal and was told that her denial was not policy at all. PNC really should take a page from Starbucks shutting down for a retraining of employees. Before you loss more potential business and customers…
