Absolutely horrible. I'm only posting this review after a second time through with terrible service. When you pay $35 for a car wash and they don't even bother to vacuum the car... I have a problem with this. The inside surfaces were not wiped clean. There are visible markings and spots on the outside of the car. I did call and verbalize my displeasure with the service, and I was offered to bring the car back in to be redone. however, I'm really just not interested in returning to this business again.

Service is good. However, there's always soap left on the back of my car! My car is never completely dried.

Shammy Shine is the best place I’ve been to in my entire life. The beauty and intellect put into the carwash is truly a tear jerker. The first time Ol’ Mathew Mccaughnahey (The name of my car) went into that carwash, tears were shed. I think my car was crying aswell from the beauty—although there was water all over it so I’m not like totally sure or anything.

The premium wash is 32. It's well worth it if they actually do what they promise. But..... It is hit or and often, a miss. Sometimes they spray the back seat but don't wipe it. Sometimes they forget the tires. The vacuuming is hit or miss. When they are done, pull your car up and do a full inspection. Ask them to correct what they missed.l right away. Otherwise, you drive home and you are just mad that you wasted 32 plus tip, again.

Over $100 is awfully high for a synthetic oil change and a car wash, but when I saw the sign "free car wash with $60 purchase" and was told "yes, that doesn't apply to you, you have to buy the $60 gift card and use that," that was just insulting. Big sign, free car wash with purchase, but you have to jump through hoops for it? Not fair. Besides the fact that you don't even see the sign until you've already paid for the oil change. The oil change people didn't even know how much it costs for a car wash... and the customer doesn't know either until you wait on line.By the way, car was still pretty dirty.

Wow !! I only wish I came here sooner. Literally got on Yelp to write this review. I asked for the CHEAPEST option so they gave me a $16 option that wasn't on the sign. I assumed it was just for a wash and I'd have to vacuum myself. Nope! They had 4 guys vacuuming, shining, and wiping all my interior down. My car is SPARKLING and smells good, I seriously have been vacuuming it but never get the mats this clean. They even found a little coaster I thought I had thrown away. And they lifted my stuff off the floor onto the seats to better vacuum. They did it so fast! I went back inside and was able to get cash back with the cashier to tip them. Disjointed and poorly trained manager/cashier. Terrible experience and Unable to answer basic questions,..like say the Cost of an oil change for example ? Or what the moonshot fee is for their car wash membership....unknowing of how to even process the monthly subscription offer they have ? Frustrating and disappointing experience....

My car needed a detail badly. Got one two year last ago somewhere else and they never got the stains out. Shammy shine did such a great job that they got those old stains out. I am so happy with it. The floors, the dashboard, everything am like new in my 5-year old car. A little pricey but worth it.

They forget to put back the driver size floor mat in retainer after cleaning it. found it when I noticed floor mat moving from its position. Safety hazard.

I've been coming here for years. I have a little car. $28 and what a crummy job. Instead of cleaning my mats there are now big black footmarks. That should be ashamed. They did a bad job of drying it and my wheels look like crap.
