“My son is my first and as any first time parent, I was very nervous about putting my son in daycare. However, since we started the process with Lightbridge, they have been wonderful. The teachers and administrative staff are always prompt to answer my calls and emails with any concern, no matter how minor! My son now seven months old has been in their infant classroom for about a month and a half and every teacher knows him and I can tell genuinely cares about him and all of his classmates! My son has a helmet and that was no problem at all, they knew how to take care of it. When my son was sick they all asked how he was doing. At the end of each day , I pick up my son who is happy and smiling and looks at his caregivers in a positive light, which is all I can ask for. I also appreciate all of the communication I receive throughout the day with the app.”
