I hired them to patch and seal my driveway and they threw in some asphalt on one whole and sloppily threw on some sealcoat. Did not fix the cracks I highly do not recommend this company at all.

Richard’s Paving installed a drain and paved our driveway. They were a pleasure to work with and did an awesome job. We had a slight issue with the drain and they came right back out and fixed it without a problem. Truly an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend working with them.

If they show up consider yourself lucky. Richard gave us an estimate by looking at our address on google earth. That should’ve been a red flag right there, if you’re too lazy to actually come out to properly look at the property you can’t be all that reliable. Once the appointment was made and agreed upon which was supposed to be first thing in the morning (which makes sense for a seal coating job) then called and said they would be here around 3 or 4pm. Lo and behold they never showed and when we tried to contact them they wouldn’t answer our calls or respond to texts. Very unprofessional and I have no idea how they are still in business.

They pulled into my driveway to offer sealing because they were doing my neighbors. I looked them up, they had good reviews and said let's do it. They came the next day, and sealed the driveway. This was late November. The owner was nice enough. True test of good customer service is how companies address issues. I have called them multiple times, texted the owner with no response since I started seeing issues with the seal running off. See pictures. No response! I called over the next couple months and left many messages. They called back when I pretended to have new work but when I said why, they said they would come and see. Never showed up. They have signs all over the place about how they are rated #1 but this what they are about. I gave them a lot of chances. I would not recommend them at all.

They did my commercial parking lot filling and sealing. The cracks filling peeled off a few days later after the job was done. I texted and called henry many times. Either he didn't answer my phone calls or gave me excuses and never came back. As a business owner, whenever my customers call, we response promptly even the warranty time has passed.Update: After Richard was aware of this, he sent his guys quickly. The cracks were filled again. Thanks for the quick response this time.

Great experience all around and the driveway looks beautiful! We had a complete tear out and repaving with a grading change for water runoff. Our first rain tested it and the water runs off as intended. Would definitely recommend Richard’s Paving & Sealcoating.

I had an on road incident with two of the employees of this company. Earlier today I was cut off by their Ford F150 Platinum. Then after cutting me off, they then slammed on their brakes recklessly to turn into Oxford tire (Washington Twp) making an unsafe situation exponentially more unsafe. I sounded my horn to alert the driver of the possible impending accident due to their negligence. I then received an obscene gesture from the front seat passenger as I passed the F150. I actually need to do some paving at my house but I will no longer consider this company based on the actions of the garbage they employ.

Have done numerous projects for me. Am super satisfied with the quality work he performed. We'll definitely be using him for future jobs going forward. I recommend everyone I know to him. And they have been really happy with jobs he's performed for them. Richard is a great guy. And is always willing to work with us.

They tore up my backyard and never came back to finish the job they started. It’s been almost three weeks and I’ve made numerous phone calls and left numerous messages that that have gone unanswered.Update: Yesterday I spoke with Henry (Richard's dad) and he promised that someone would be at my home today. Richard and his team arrived this morning 7/7/2021 to finish the job and they gave me a completion date of Friday 7/9/2021. Stay tuned.Update: 7/19/2021: The job is finally being completed this morning. I've upgraded my rating. The quality of work was never the issue. They do good work. It just took too long to be completed. Hats off to Henry! You're a man of your word.
