I had to wait 2 weeks to get a fasting appointment. The tech had to stick me multiple times in spite of me telling him where my one good vein is. He refused to believe me and got nasty with me. After multiple sticks he finally used the vein I suggest and got it. NO APOLOGIES

Extremely unprofessional and rude. On top of that did not give correct info about tests. I am never returning to this place

My experience was abominable. I had the paperwork from my doctor, made my appointment, fasted, followed all the instructions. I want sure if Quest needed any info from the doctor prior other than the paperwork, but you can't call anyone at Quest by phone so I had no way of checking. When I was called, I was told by the Quest rep he couldn't do any of the tests, that I was supposed to come at 9am and had to come back another time. I have very limited time off work and took time off for this appointment, so I was furious. I called my doctor who said the morning cortisol test needed to be done early but the other tests could be done and I could pick up the evening cortisol kit. The Quest rep told me they didn't have the equipment for the cortisol tests and that they would have needed to know about that ahead of time. I started to cry because as a patient, none of this is my responsibility - I was told to just make an appointment and bring the paperwork from my doctor. I asked the Quest rep to talk to my doctor who was on the phone. He refused to talk to my doctor unless I put the phone on speaker in front of others in the waiting room - a clear violation of my HIPAA rights. Finally after speaking to my doctor, he did the blood work, but didn't give me an evening cortisol test kit. Now I need to make another appointment elsewhere to get all the cortisol testing done. My doctor said they would contact this location because I should not have been treated this way.

The phlebotomist was extremely rude to me. First of all, he never verified my identity. Secondly, he was silent and snippy. When I asked him to see the paperwork he wanted my signature on, he snapped at me saying “Just sign it”. After I signed the paperwork I never saw, he forced the needle in the most painful way. As a person with high pain tolerance, even I winced at the needle…and I have three piercings. He shoved the needle in my arm so hard I now have a hematoma. If I could give this place a negative star I would.

At my second appointment, when it became obvious that my Provider’s office still had not sent my prescription over, the Phlebotomist went above and beyond to assist me in obtaining the necessary prescription so that I would not need to make a THIRD visit.

The staff treats you like an animal. Horrendously rude individuals with no name tags or people skills is all that works here. Absolute disrespect in every single way. Do NOT go here.

I arrived at 7:20am for my 7:30am appointment. I was left waiting until almost 8:15am to begin. I specifically chose one of the earliest times and still had to wait almost an hour

You should be ashamed with how you treat your employees. To have only one technician at the Service Center on probably the busiest day of the week is a terrible way to treat not only your customers, but more importantly your employees. This poor technician was working non-stop and still was over 40 minutes behind scheduled appointments by 10 am. There were 6-7 customers waiting in the waiting room all the time I was there. There were not enough seats for all of us and some customers were waiting outside. People were becoming irritated and clearly taking it out on the technician. I have been to this Center many times in the past and there were always 2-3 technicians in the center. I have never before been taken late for my appointment. This time I was taken 40 minutes late because the Center was under-staffed with only one technician working. This is not only bad customer service, but it is a terrible way to treat your employee who was working non-stop and could clearly not keep up with the appointment schedule. You should be ashamed at how you treat them. Unless your business practices change, I will strongly consider changing providers. THIS IS NOT RIGHT!!
