They're very patient and helpful with novices, not pushy at all. I highly recommend. (Eric, in particular, was great.)

They were able to take my son's bike in to repair it and gave me an accurate cost for parts and labor. Staff was very professional and polite.

This was the only shop which had tires for my sons 20inch bicycle wheel(Covid times). They replaced it in a day, charged normal and did a good job. Would definitely go back later to buy bikes from them.
