The guys that work here are awesome, but their service sucks. I have never gotten the right part. Always had to go back at least once. My vehicle is now down for Christmas. I ordered parts on Thursday. Got two incorrect pulley belts. Gentlemen on the phone proceeded to argue with me, swearing he was right. He wouldn’t stay open until the hours stated on google, to help me out, as he “was the only one there and wanted to go home.” Now am without a vehicle for Christmas

I’ve been a long time customer, and have had good experiences in the past. That changed in November 2021. I purchased a Napa Eclipse rear brake caliper from this store. Fast-forward to January 2022, and my mechanic says that the caliper is leaking brake fluid out of the bleeder screw. He tells me the caliper is defective, and to return it. I couldn’t find my receipt, but other major auto chains keep purchase history in their systems so I didn’t think it would be an issue. I get to the store, and was told, by a rather rude employee, that there was nothing they could do if I didn’t have my receipt, and EVEN if I did that they wouldn’t take it back without the original box. HOGWASH! It’s 2022 Napa! If I bought the caliper online through your site I would have a record, but in-store the system is oblivious to transactions???So I’m out $100. I will not be purchasing from them in the future, and would rather buy parts through a retailer who stood behind the products they sell.

1/11/22NAPA (Flemington) is now my go to store for auto accessories thanks to Rob. I had really messed up my tires…overinflated, under inflated…and was beside myself with worry when I drove my car. I had tried at least three times to rectify the situation on my own but to no avail. I finally stopped in at NAPA and explained my situation to Rob, and he was kind enough to go outside in 14 degree weather to adjust all my tires. One tire was over 50! I know many will think this was such a minor problem, but to have someone help me without making me feel like an idiot was welcome. Thanks, Rob. A big shout out to you! :)Kathleen
