My Deck did beautiful work in retrofitting a roof over our existing deck. I would encourage and highly recommend anyone looking for a deck or roof over their existing deck to call My Deck. DJ and his crew were easy to work with and did quality work.

The project was handled in a professional manner from start to finish. Jason visited our home and took measurements, then we visited the showroom to choose from the deck and railing options. My Deck uses a CAD/CAM computer program to display how your choices will look. That let us view various color and railing configurations. Installation took about two weeks for the deck, then the railings were custom built based upon the final measurements. It was amazing to watch true craftsmen take raw materials and construct a finished deck and a separate staircase from the utility room. I was updated from the project management software they use and phone calls. I highly recommend My Deck.

My Deck did a nice job of resurfacing my deck. It was wood and they removed that and replaced it with Trex decking. During the project, they noticed that the deck was not square so they took care of that as well. They may be a bit more expensive then other decking companies but you get what you pay for. The fit and finish is well worth the additional costs. I worked with Joe throughout the process and he made sure I was happy with all of the work they did.

The most professional contractors I have ever worked with. Our deck came out absolutely beautiful!! We added a hot tub and a heat resistant square for a firepit and it is a year round deck now. Would ? recommend. Thank u again!!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with this contractor in replacing a deck The contractor was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with a detailed plan of the project. The work was completed on time and within budget. I have received many compliments from friends and family. I highly recommend this contractor to anyone looking to build a deck.

The folks at My Deck were absolutely amazing throughout the process. A+ on the design phase, A+ on the build, and A+ on fixing a small issue 6 months after the job was finished. Joe, Tom, Joe, Ed and Tyler were all great to work with. The deck looks amazing. The fit and finish are superb and no attention to detail was spared. Hidden fasteners were used for most, but where they couldn't be, the holes were plugged and the plugs cut flush without damaging the decking. Any exposed ends of the Trex bar rail cap were cut with perfect chamfers and then sealed with matching paint. The pass through for my downspout looks like it was factory cut specifically for my downspout. Rarely does a contractor exceed my expectations, but My Deck did.

They were totally flexible with scheduling an appointment for an estimate. They are not pushy for a sale. They work with you to get the exact design you will be happy with . I have not had my deck project started, but I will send another review when it is completed. But for now, I would definitely recommend them

My Deck installed a deck off the back of my house and I couldn't be more pleased with it. It's absolutely beautiful!I wanted a deck that would require little maintenance and was willing to pay more for that. Now that it's completed, I think it is definitely worth the cost. In fact, I think the price was quite reasonable for what I got.The staff at My Deck are incredibly nice and the process was professionally carried out at every step. Paul, my sales rep was great at explaining options and putting together a plan that fit my budget. He probably explained some things several times! My Deck took care of everything: design, permits, inspections, checking for gas lines as well as coordinating various professionals who installed different parts of the deck. From my perspective it all went very smoothly. The workers doing the frame up never left a mess at the end of the day and when all was complete all debris was gone as if they had never been there.So, I do recommend My Deck as a company that does deliver as promised and good to work with. And did I mention that the deck is perfect?

Remodeling our deck was the best home addition we've ever made. It was worth every single penny and worth the wait (about a year from first deposit to completion).We are glad we selected My Deck for the job. While the My Deck bid was higher than the other bid we received by 25%, it was clear that My Deck put more thought into the bid, had a good sense of what would work with our backyard, was creative, and the overall design presented seemed to be that of a more skilled designer.Here are a few other things we really liked and appreciated about My Deck:1) The project manager, Tom, was amazing. He was communicative, thorough, and friendly.2) The consistent work crew. The same crew showed up every day.3) The front office was very friendly and guided us through the permitting process that it handled.4) The subcontractors who handled the electric work for the fan for the louvered roof/heat lamp and who built the railing were top notch.Services: Deck remodeling
