What amazing service. Stopped in for an issue and they helped me with my problem and got me back on the road in no time. Great personal service. Couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommend the service department here.

Wow i do not even know where to start. The first interaction was the old bait and switch when i arrived after "car just sold". Okay got over it they found me a car i left couple thousand as good faith shook hands and was promised the car. About 3-4 weeks go by and great news car arrived. Received 2-3 calls the day it came in to "come pick up come pick up". Transferred money over to have ready for the next day. Asked the sales person to verify the amount and he told me $10,000 more if you dont finance. I have heard of horror stories of things like this but never experienced. I said you know what let me just finance a portion great no worries. I could get past that. Things started not feeling right so submitted my credit application. As we all would agree your social and credit are sensitive and important information. So i sent my application and got notification my credit was hit. Can you believe not more than maybe 10 minutes i receive an email from Marcus Davis (sales manager) unfortunately we sold the car.After about a months time. Leaving 2-3$ thousand dollars, asking me to run my credit and cornering me into financing or pay $10,000 more. What kind of unethical crap is that? I am just lost for words. You would think maybe lets resolve and get you what you were promised and reassured more than 2-3 times. Nothing, literally reached out twice to think maybe it was a mistake but clearly the silence says more volume than anything. Not sure what the words of other than cheated, discriminated against and just straight up lied to over and over. I had asked for person in charge but that was also ignored. I would say i am pretty reasonable person but being promised something. Why would you want my credit application only to tell me its sold 5 mins later? Heartbreaking and doesnt feel right. Not even leaving thousands of dollars meant anything...

If you're looking for service, save yourself the headache and go to one of the other dealerships like in Bridgewater or Princeton. I wish I could give zero stars, as one star is too high for what I experienced today with their service representative named Jamie. I came in for a recall, and mentioned my cars "check engine" light has been and if the recall would resolve that? Jamie said no it wouldn't. I thought okay that's fine, so go ahead and fix the recall. Jamie returns 45 minutes later with two sheets, one the has the details of what they fixed for the recall, and one from my visit in December 2021. She said during that 2021 visit, they recommended I needed to get some sensor replaced, costing $10k, and because I didn't do it is the reason of my check engine light. I told her that's not what happened. Because during that 2021 service appointment they said they could try to replace the sensor but not sure it would resolve the issue. But before I could even have a conversation she just turned around and walked away. No "thank you" . What's even worse is that she didn't even explain anything about the recall they fixed. I then asked the receptionist if she knows what they did about the recall (the reason I'm there), and she says "what's the paper say?" as if I'm supposed to know what the "car speak" stuff on the paper means. The service reps here are the worst. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

When you think of owning a Mercedes Benz you think of great customer service. Friendly vibe and efficient practices. We'll at this MB dealership you will get none of that. The best part of our experience was the salesman Tyler who treated us as valuable customers. But from the financial guy we signed papers with who talked down to us to their uncaring service staff we have been very disappointed. So much so that this will be our first and last purchase there. In reading other reviews it appears that service staff needs an overhaul on how to communicate with customers. They give off an attitude that they are doing you a favor by servicing your vehicle. Perhaps the customers with 100,000 dollar vehicles get treated better, can't say but buying a cheaper one should still entitle you to respect and caring.

Never been here. Always done pick up and delivery which I appreciate. Jami, my service advisor there, is nice and very responsive. Vincent, who schedules appointments and seems to be a jack of all trades, is also very nice and responsive. I have been getting my cars serviced at Morristown for the last 10 years. I only tried Flemington because my car had a flat and it was within towing distance. I can say I'm pleasantly surprised with Flemington's team. I've had some rattles in my C43 for a while and Morristown kept telling me they were normal and never fixed them. I tried Flemington. I was not able to drive in to show them so I didn't have too much hope. I sent videos to Jami and put stickies where I thought the rattling was coming from. The rattles seem to have been fixed so I'm very happy. Thank you Flemington! The only downside is they seem more expensive than Morristown for routine service.

Let's start off clarifying that this Mercedes Benz of Flemington is now a Ciocca dealership. If you're accustomed to the Mercedes Benz experience, then go elsewhere!! Worst experiences ever! The service department's flippant attitude is deplorable. Plus, the owner's son is the General Manager and in dire need of formal training on customer service. Go to Ray Catena, Open Road, Caldwell, anywhere but here. Save yourself and pick another MB dealer.

I am so pleased to have found this dealership. I have had 3 interaction, all terrific and much different from what I experienced at Morristown and Open Road From the guy who accepts the car, to the person who takes payment, they are friendly and efficient. Always have had a loaner car available. It is a further drive for me that the other 2 dealerships but well worth the extra time! Hands down the beat Mercedes dealership in the area!!

When buying a car from a Ciocco dealership, you are treated like family from the first point of interaction. We had the greatest satisfaction working with Chris Green last night. Chris was excellent in showing us all the features of the car that we wanted to buy. He was transparent and very thorough throughout the whole process. We then had the pleasure of working with Julian Montilla, finance manager. He was able to find us an interest rate better than any other bank if we were to secure the loan ourselves. He made the purchase process simple and easy. He explained every single document with the utmost ease making us feel completely comfortable with our purchase. I couldn't have had a better experience purchasing our first luxury car and we can't wait to recommend this dealership to our friends and family.
