Relatively quick in-and-out service for people who need their blood drawn on a regular basis or infrequently. The staff is no nonsense and professional. Easy sign in registration that ensures your spot in line. Results can be obtained online for download as soon as available.

My experiences here have been fair. They seem disorganized and chaotic at times at Flemington, NJ Labcorp. There is little to no direction from the employees. People need direction and communication especially if they want to run efficiently. They should have chairs or a waiting section in the hallway when you are past check-in and waiting to be directed to a room instead of just standing there holding your pee cup. I was told to go into an empty room (unlike last time when I was standing in the hallway which seemed to have annoyed the staff) and so I did just that. The nurse came in and acted surprised like now I was not supposed to be in there? The reception desk is hit or miss, the lady I checked in with today was a little short and rude with me (and I felt bad for a second because it sounded like someone was giving her a hard time on the phone and I know what that is like). The doctor's script and the cc authorization form both go to the nurse. For the most part, the wait time is not bad at all. I usually do not wait more than 10 minutes or so. I also always schedule an appt, never walk-in.On the bright side, the nurse I had today was clinically exceptional. I warn whoever is drawing my blood that I sometimes pass out afterwards and apologize for being a baby. It is a mental thing. I have never not felt the needle go in... and today I literally did not feel it go in and she was done so quickly. She talked to me during the process so I would stay distracted and I found that helpful. I wish I caught her name and hope I have her next time (which is unlikely as there are always new people there). Sometimes it's the little things like her TLC that make a big impression.

Someone messed up my urine drug test for my job and now I have to go back and do it again at the last minute and completely throw my schedule out the window. It's an hour away. I don't know whether it was one of the employees who didn't process it correctly or whoever they send the sample to but I found it highly inconvenient and unprofessional.

My experience here today did not reflect the low reviews of others. I made an appointment online, I checked in online, was called at my exact appointment time, was treated politely, professionally, and promptly. Was done and out within 10 minutes.

Today I went to this labcorp and this place is just run by unprofessionals. The person who draw my blood threw a tube of my blood into the trash by accident and then realized it and had to poke a hole on my arm to do it again. What’s worst is that she uses a reusable tray and puts cotton that she just used to wipe my vein in it and later on put it back on my arm!!I also had to remind her to change her gloves after she wiped some blood from the floor and was gonna proceed with using the same gloves to draw blood one me!!!!!! Please watch out for yourself and don’t just trust they will do their job right !!!

Not sure why this place has such low reviews, maybe because they’re super busy but they can’t exactly help that. Went in as a walk-in Tuesday. They moved as quickly as possible through people and were very nice, efficient. The woman who drew my blood was so sweet and gentle… Went quickly. Will be the only place I got to draw blood moving forward.

Yes they are busy. Being understaffed is really not their fault. They do what they can with what they have, and they do it wonderfully. I'd recommend making an appointment. Don't give these ladies a hard time, they are busy and they may seem stern but they turn out very sweet.

If I could give this location negative stars, I would. Went to this location for a standard employment screening and was greeted with a line literally out the door. I had an appointment for 11AM and did not ultimately leave the facility until almost 3. I understand the world is plagued with staffing issues- but the actual conditions of this location were completely unacceptable. During my 2+ hour wait (despite having an appointment) I witnessed multiple people standing around aimlessly with their urine samples in hand in the hallway, as they were given no direction. The staff was just too busy running around like chickens with their heads cut off to assist. The location is absolute chaos and it's a wonder that mistakes don't happen. When finally completing my employment screening, the technician indicated they had "never done this before" and called another colleague on the phone to walk them through the process. Fortunately, everything turned out ok- but the door is seemingly open for mistakes to happen due to the improper training, handling, and processes in place at this location. I do truly sympathize with the staff- they appeared to be and admitted they were put in a position where they could not succeed by their employer. They maintained a friendly disposition despite being dealt a bad hand by the company, so kudos to them. There were 3 staff members at the time- one who had only started 2 weeks prior and 2 employees from different locations who were not familiar with the layout or processes. The main employee was answering the phone that was ringing off the hook, setting up patients with their rooms, and conducting testing all at the same time. I would drive to California to get a screening done before ever returning to this location. For a FORTUNE 500 company worth billions of dollars, the fact that they allow a location to operate in this condition is a complete and total institutional failure from the top to the bottom. There's no excuse that can be made to justify anything that occured here and the company NEEDS to do better. Shame on you, Labcorp. As a consumer, do whatever you have to do to avoid this location until they prove they can operate at an even basic level of service.

They are very efficient and helpful. Please be patient with them as they are short staffed and doing the best they can with the high volume of patients. They’re doing a great job with what they do have. I recommend making an appointment and not just walking in because it is a very busy facility.

I came as a walk in,and didn't wait too long 15-20 minutes, despite the office being filled with patients. Very kind staff. Great conversation with the nurse and her young apprentice. I wish I would have gotten their names. Its nice when people seem to enjoy their jobs

Megan was awesome. Took care of my urinalysis and blood test. Needles aren't my favorite and she kept me laughing all throughout. Very sweet woman, would recommend seeing her to anyone who visits. Thanks again!

Megan was the sweetest and most gentle taking my blood that I have ever had!! She is great. Didn’t feel a thing. Makes me think of how rough everyone else is being…Also, the line moves very fast for walk-ins.

I am an extremely hard stick. I come to this location because it's in my community and I've been coming here for years, but also because Dipti is amazing at finding the right vein and making it painless. I've never been stuck more than once and there is never any fishing for a vein. I will follow her anywhere! Additionally this is a nice location, it's clean, the staff is friendly, and the line moves quickly to be seen even as a walk in. The wait is no more than 10 minutes. They are efficient in moving from room to room and you are in and out quickly. Thanks Labcorp, Flemington!

I needed to take a drug test near closing time, past when is normally allowed but they made an exception for me. I really appreciate them helping me out for my new job, and the service was seamless. 5 stars very happy.

I went to Labcorp in Flemington with my 7-year-old daughter who is normally very scared of needles. At the reception, one of the employees (Megan) greeted us and did the paperwork. She was very polite and guided us to the room. In the room, my daughter realized why we were there. She started screaming and tried running out of the room. It was very hard for me to hold her in the room. At that time two other employees (Dipti and Madiha) entered the room. Dipti was able to calm down and distract my daughter while Madiha drew blood. In the end, they gave my daughter stickers.Overall my experience was very nice. I was very impressed by how professionally they handled the situation.I will definitely go back to the same location for her next bloodwork appointment.
