In the 40 minutes I was in the office I watched them lose a script, remove a needle incorrectly, mismanage their time windows, and incorrectly perform a blood draw (removing a needle before a restriction band). Worst labcorp experience I have ever had and I've been to them all.

Absolutely the worst place! They don't know what they are doing, and extremely disorganized!! Even if you have an appointment, you still have to wait for over an hour, and no communication at all!

Unable to make appt for over 1.5 months. Walk-ins, very slow. Extremely long wait.

The lady that works at the front desk is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It is incredible how someone who has to work with patients with different medical issues on a daily basis, not have any empathy or understanding of what is going on and how to deal with people.

I went with an order hoping that I could be seen as a ‘walk-in’ before work as the on line schedule was booked for quite some time.
Easy check-in process at the self- serve kiosk. It might have just been a non-busy time as I then had a quick professional registration at the desk and professional, friendly and efficient draw. Total time under 15 minutes.

I visited LabCorp with my newborn, and initially, we waited for 1.5 hours because even though I provided my phone number during check-in for a text notification, I never received one. Upon inquiring, I was informed that they had called my name, although I wasn't required to be physically present in the room as indicated during check-in. Given that I was with a newborn, we opted to wait outside. However, the real issue arose when my 5-day-old baby needed a swab typically done with a heel stick. The staff member insisted on removing the baby from the stroller, despite me being able to partially undress him and handle the procedure without disturbance. Subsequently, my baby had to endure lying on a table for 15 minutes in a freezing room, being in which was uncomfortable even for adults, let alone a newborn. Sadly, the heel stick attempt failed due to a lack of proper equipment, forcing us to leave without the necessary testing. This experience was disheartening, especially considering the challenges faced with a newborn. Not to mention, it was not just a waste of time being there but also commuting, in addition to the expense of having to pay a nanny to care for my toddler in my absence.

I was in and out and staff was amazing and friendly. I have had a lot of blood work done in the past month this was one of the best experiences. Thank you all!

I typically am not a very easy patient to draw blood from. My veins are quite deep. Other experiences I've had with getting regular bloodwork do not compare to what I've experienced today. Ms. Aliya, with the Clinton NJ Labcorp, is by far the best! I barely new she put the needle in my arm. She was very thorough and took her time finding my vein and got it the first time. I am very pleased and grateful!

While walk-in's are accepted, your best experience is scheduling an appointment. My visit for blood work was seamless - check in the electronically from the lobby with your driver's license, 5 minute wait, was then brought in for paperwork and scan of medical insurance card, went directly to a room for the drawing of the blood, and I was done - less than 15 minutes total. Practioners were polite and efficient. Great experience!

Relatively quick in-and-out service for people who need their blood drawn on a regular basis or infrequently. The staff is no nonsense and professional. Easy sign in registration that ensures your spot in line. Results can be obtained online for download as soon as available.

My experiences here have been fair. They seem disorganized and chaotic at times at Flemington, NJ Labcorp. There is little to no direction from the employees. People need direction and communication especially if they want to run efficiently. They should have chairs or a waiting section in the hallway when you are past check-in and waiting to be directed to a room instead of just standing there holding your pee cup. I was told to go into an empty room (unlike last time when I was standing in the hallway which seemed to have annoyed the staff) and so I did just that. The nurse came in and acted surprised like now I was not supposed to be in there? The reception desk is hit or miss, the lady I checked in with today was a little short and rude with me (and I felt bad for a second because it sounded like someone was giving her a hard time on the phone and I know what that is like). The doctor's script and the cc authorization form both go to the nurse. For the most part, the wait time is not bad at all. I usually do not wait more than 10 minutes or so. I also always schedule an appt, never walk-in.On the bright side, the nurse I had today was clinically exceptional. I warn whoever is drawing my blood that I sometimes pass out afterwards and apologize for being a baby. It is a mental thing. I have never not felt the needle go in... and today I literally did not feel it go in and she was done so quickly. She talked to me during the process so I would stay distracted and I found that helpful. I wish I caught her name and hope I have her next time (which is unlikely as there are always new people there). Sometimes it's the little things like her TLC that make a big impression.

Someone messed up my urine drug test for my job and now I have to go back and do it again at the last minute and completely throw my schedule out the window. It's an hour away. I don't know whether it was one of the employees who didn't process it correctly or whoever they send the sample to but I found it highly inconvenient and unprofessional.

My experience here today did not reflect the low reviews of others. I made an appointment online, I checked in online, was called at my exact appointment time, was treated politely, professionally, and promptly. Was done and out within 10 minutes.
